Technical Issue: Figma export is hanging indefinitely ("Exporting...")

Hi

I am experiencing a critical issue with Figma where exports freeze on "Exporting..." and never complete.

Here is a summary of what is happening and the troubleshooting I have already completed:

  1. Issue: Exporting any frame (JPG, PNG, SVG, PDF) gets stuck on the "Exporting..." notification.

  2. System Details: Windows OS. I have 35 GB of free space on my C: drive, and file memory usage inside Figma is around 0.5% (59 layers).

  3. Attempted Fixes:

    • Cleared Figma app cache and restarted (Clear cache and restart).

    • Tested both Figma Desktop App and Web Browser (including Incognito Mode).

    • Tried bulk export (Ctrl + Shift + E) and exporting individual frames/layers.

    • Attempted Flatten (Ctrl + E), grouping, and copying to a brand new Draft file.

    • Tried disabling/enabling Hardware Acceleration and running Figma as Administrator.

Since none of these standard methods resolved the problem, it seems to be an issue related to my account or a specific backend bug. Could you please review my logs or account settings to help resolve this?

Thank you for your assistance,
Diyorbek
