Issue with Figma Education Account

My account has already successfully passed the Figma Education verification process. However, within Figma, my account is still showing as a free plan with only 500 AI credits per month.

    Hey ​@Laam, thanks for reaching out!

    One of the most common reasons for this is that the Education status ended up applied to a different Figma account than the one you're currently checking. This can happen if you have more than one Figma account and completed verification on a different one.

    Could you double check you're logged into Figma with the account you used to apply for and complete verification? That account should be the one showing the Education plan and its AI credit allowance, rather than the Starter plan limits.

    If you're already checking the right account and it's still showing as Starter, this will need a closer look at your account specifically. I am not able to do this on the Forum publicly for security and privacy reasons, but I can get you connected to our customer support team.
