 why am I having this prototype problem? and how to fix it?

Hi there, I’m trying to update from main to one of my branches. There are 3 conflicts. After I resolved them and went to the next page where it shows all the other non-conflicting changes, the Apply changes button is disabled for me. I can’t click on any of the changes/layers in the right preview pane either. Am I doing anything wrong here? Would appreciate any help or pointers! Thanks! Ethan

Hey there, I have been trying to update from branch to main already for 5 times and get the same issue. After reviewing all changes and click on Next, I am not able to click on “Apply changes” button as the button is disabled (see attached) I am editor and owner of my file. Can someone help me out? Hello Guys i have a problem with only first frame/s that can be exported. After that first export i cant export anymore frames unless i reload. It can be a pain when the file is large and for every export needs to be reloaded. I use browser figma not App and i would like to stay there.

Hello, everybody! When I open any project I get a black screen on canvas. The UI are normal, but the project doesn't appear on the screen. I'm having this issue only in the Figma app for mac. Anyone experiencing the same issue?

Hello everyone!I've been using Figma for a short time, but I'm having trouble installing plugins. Every time I try, I get this error: 'An error occurred while loading the plugin environment.'I've already tried the following troubleshooting steps:Testing both on the app and in the browser (same issue in both) Clearing the cache Uninstalling and reinstalling the app Checking for updatesNone of these steps have solved the issue, and it happens with all the plugins I try to install (Lorem Ipsum, Unsplash, Google Icons, etc.).Any idea what could be causing this and how I can fix it?Thanks!

I have designed two screens using Auto Layout, but when running the prototype and switching between different prototype flow options, one of the options does not display correctly in the Responsive Scaling mode. The initial option loads as expected, but after switching, the second option fails to render properly. To display it correctly, I have to manually reload the tab.

I used hover to create button hover states, but since today it no longer resets to its original state when I stop hovering. I can mimic the intended use by using mouse enter and mouse leaves, but until today hover worked. It also doesn’t reset when you open an overlay, it’ll remain in its “hover” state forever, even when using mouse enter/mouse leaves.

Hi, first time trying to use Figma Slide, and it was looking really promising until I noticed the screen being shared without the notes, the mouse movements were laggy and jarring.I have a UI element where I need to scroll, and it all starts to flicker on the shared screen.On the screen im commanding the presentation with the notes, all looks good.Overall, it kind of ruins the whole experience seeing the mouse so herratic all over the place.Any fix for this? Thanks

Problem: Ancestor groups of a specific instance node trigger document change events just by traversing nodes via figma plugin API. Recording:figma-plugin-bug.mp4 - Google Drive Bug document:  You can reproduce this by copying the entire page from the Figma document attached above and pasting it into a blank document.The plugin used the document-change example. GitHub - figma/plugin-samples: 🔌 Sample Figma plugins.

As per my understanding, the Figma client supports a comprehensive image resampling method. You can find detailed information here: link. However, when it comes to the Plugin API, it appears that an equivalent resampling option is currently unavailable. You can refer to the API documentation here: Plugin API ExportSettings.​I’d like to know if this absence is considered a bug. Also, could you share if there are any plans to implement this feature in the near future?

I upgraded to pro over the weekend so that I could add the Shadcn UI Kit for Figma. It’s a library of components. I’ve followed these instructions but I can’t get it to publish to my account. https://www.shadcndesign.com/docs/getting-started Every time I try to publish it a figma dialog asks me to upgrade to pro. But I’ve already upgraded my account to pro. I only have one account and it’s a pro account.  How can I add this UI library to my account? 

Hey, back in the days of (Ctrl+K) hyperlinking in both normal text and comments’ text, now after the “new” (Ctrl+Shift+U), it doesn’t work anymore. And yes I know you can do it that way here but it’s not convenient.

Hello,Are there any legitimate suggestions to improve GIF playback? I’ve already tried both the desktop app preview and web browser prototype links, and the performance remains unacceptable. Should I continue to believe this is intentional to push users toward paid subscriptions?I am talking about 100-120 mb GIFs of 10 seconds.

ProblemWhen I see all my projects, I would expect to see them in alphabetical order or by the latest modified date. I never have the need to see the list in reverse-alphabetical order, or the project I touched years ago. If the list is in alphabetical order, sorting it by the latest modified date will show the oldest project first after I click on the “Last modified” column header. I have to click again for the list to show the newer projects listed at the top. REVERSING THE SCENARIO – now, I want to see the list in alphabetical order, so I click on the “Name” column header, and lo and behold the list is show in… reverse-alphabetical order. This means I have to click again to reverse the order. NeedMy guess is that a (BIG) majority of Figma users would want to see their list in alphabetical order or by the latest date that the project was dealt with.SolutionPlease set the default sort action for the “Name” column to be in A–Z alphabetical order, and for the “Last modified” column to sh

I've looked through my account settings and interface, but I can't locate the AI tools. Could someone from the support team help me understand if AI features are currently included in the Education Plan, and if so, how I can activate them? I went through the usual steps to share a FigJam with my students today, and it would not work, no matter what I did.  Is there a bug? !--a=1-->

There seems to be a bug in “Publish updates”. When I’m trying to deselect some checkboxes, others are selected and vice versa. This drives me crazy! It disappears after a restart. but comes back after a while. Please see attached screen recording. Screen recording

Hey, I am on a free account and want to transfer a project. I followed this guide from Figma but I don’t see the ‘transfer’ in the drop down menu. Also I don’t have the Admin menu item for that team. I am the owner though. Same for newly created teams. Is that a bug? What am I doing wrong?

However, in my case, it is a game, and depending on whether you swipe left or right (and whether or not this corresponds to the correct answer) you get a +1 point or -1 point.I have created a frame called “Point” inside the swipeable cards (the cards are a component). “Point” is 100% visible in the swiped version (after drag), and 0% visible in the static version (before drag). I am testing this on three different cards - 1 image and 2 videos.I had several problems:1st Attempt: I created two boolean variables “+1” and “-1”. And attached these to the “+1” and “-1” labels accordingly on each card. This worked for a while, but at some point it seemed to be broken and I could not really understand what did not work.
