FIGMA support no response

I had sent. Arial and a followup mail days ago still havent received nay communication from the figma team

I had purchased the pack which got exhausted within 24 Horus and all it did was auto fix its own error again and again and went on a loop and then got exhausted .

I want a refund asap.
