Verification Using Campus Email

I have a campus account and I have a campus assignment. Yesterday I tried to verify it on the account [redacted by moderator to remove personal information]. I wanted to verify it using this campus account [redacted by moderator to remove personal information].
But yesterday I re-registered using the campus account. When I verified it from the account [redacted by moderator to remove personal information] and connected it to my campus account, I was hit with a limit. I tried deleting the campus account that I registered again. Then I registered again with the account [redacted by moderator to remove personal information] and registered it as a college account, but it was still hit with the limit.

In my personal account [redacted by moderator to remove personal information], I have been added to the group for designing, because I have been added I want to be verified in the account [redacted by moderator to remove personal information], so that it can be used for designing in Figma

Please help me verify my campus on my personal account so I can use it, and prevent any further additions using my campus account

2. Verification attempt limit: You've hit the limit on attempts, which is preventing you from trying again.

The good news is that SheerID manages the verification process from end to end and can help with both of these. Your next step is to reach out to them directly at figmasupport@sheerid.com — let them know about the attempt limit and that you'd like it reset so you can verify with your institution email.
