To help narrow this down, could you reply with the following?

1. Platform and version: Are you using the Figma Desktop App, a browser, or both? Could you confirm you're running the latest version (126.2.10 or later for desktop)?
2. Account check: Is there any chance you may have set up Figma under a different email address? Try logging in with any other email options to see if that reveals the teams you're looking for: Switch between accounts.
3. What happened: Can you share more details about what you accidentally clicked — what were you trying to do, and what changed?
4. Deleted team: Is it possible you may have unintentionally deleted a team? If so, this guide walks through how to restore one: Restore a deleted team.
