Hi Figma Support Team,
I am writing to resolve a technical block on my account. I have been successfully verified as a student by SheerID, but I am unable to activate the Education plan on Figma due to a "Verification Limit Exceeded" error.
The Issue: Despite having my status confirmed, when I follow the steps to verify my classroom/student plan, I receive the following message:
"Verification Limit Exceeded. We're glad you're enthusiastic, but it looks like you've already redeemed or attempted to redeem this offer."
My Details:

SheerID Status: Confirmed (I received the "Congratulations" email from the EDU Verification Team).

The Conflict: SheerID has told me that my academic status is active and that I must contact Figma to finalize the account update because the "limit" is being enforced on your end.
Requested Action: Could you please manually sync my SheerID verification to my Figma account or reset the verification limit so I can complete the process?
I have attached a screenshot of both the SheerID confirmation email and the "Verification Limit Exceeded" error for your records.
