Figma Make projects failing to publish

I am unable to publish my figma make project. It is quite large, but regardless, every time I attempt to publish this project it fails. I have done everything suggested in other threads - cleared caches, tried different browsers, duplicated the file, tried to publish it from the edit preview pane and the settings.

This has been happening consistently for days, I just want to test my build and publish this site.

I know this issue is addressed in other places, but I'm confused, because I cannot find a solution for it. The red bar suggests contacting support for help, so I’m doing that.

Kind Regards
Nat

Hi @imthatnat  thanks for sharing all these details! As a first step, I’d recommend waiting a few minutes and trying to publish again, just in case it’s a temporary issue. You can also get more information on this in our Help Center article: Publish, update, or unpublish a site.

If it still doesn’t work, the best next step is to reach out to our Support team so they can investigate your specific file more closely.

To do that:

  • Go to the Support Hub
  • Click Start a chat
  • Type “Report a bug”
  • Include a direct link to your file, and Please also make sure to share view access to the file with support-share@figma.com (our official support account), so the team can take a closer look. You won’t be billed for this access. Thank you!
