Please cancel my subscription(Team name : Design Team ), I tried to cancel it but it wasn’t clear what I’ve done , I need my money back.


The banner talk me “Design Team plan will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period on March 29, 2026.” ,but I cannot found “cancel “

I  order professional plan , but I cannot found “cancel  Plan“  button or any funtion.Can you tell me how to cancel successfully?

Based on what you've shared, it looks like your plan may already be set to cancel at the end of your current billing period — the banner in your screenshot indicates March 29, 2026. That said, since you're also looking into a refund, our Product Support team will need to take a closer look at your account to confirm the status and assist from there.

I'm not able to access billing details from this public space, but I've checked in with Product Support and they've received your request. I've also shared your post so they have the full context. Your case number is: 1819329, and they'll follow up at the email tied to your Figma account.

Hi Tom,

Thank you for your reply.

Currently, we are unable to complete the cancellation of our Professional plan through the system, which has already resulted in unexpected charges. We have also contacted Support, but have not yet received a response.

Our company currently has two Teams (Professional plans): one has already expired, and the other is set to expire in May. Could you please advise on how we can proceed with unsubscribing as soon as possible?

Due to internal administrative requirements, we need to unsubscribe at this stage. At the same time, we are evaluating a transition to an Enterprise plan. However, the current issue is causing complications in our internal processes, and we would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.

Additionally, there is an ongoing system issue where certain features are not functioning properly and cannot be accessed or operated.
