My Figma make credits are getting used but nothing is generated.

Hi, 

I have prompted for completed app design my credits get used but nothing gets generated. It shows thinking and working since 20+ mins. And this has happened 3 times so far,

Hey ​@Harshad Gehi , Celine from Figma here, thanks for flagging this and sorry for the disruption into your work!  This looks odd, as it’s been stuck on “thinking/working” for that long without generating anything.

As a quick check, could you try these steps:

  • Click Refresh preview at the top of the preview
  •  If that doesn’t help, refresh the page and try prompting again
  • If it’s still stuck, duplicate the Figma Make file and try prompting in the copy

If you’re still seeing the same issue, the best next step is to submit a bug report so our team can investigate your specific setup.

To do that: Go to the Support Hub > Click Start a chat > Type “Report a bug” > Include the URL of the affected file

Please also share view access to the file with support-share@figma.com (Can View), so the team can reproduce and take a closer look.

If possible, include a few examples of the prompts you used when this happens, that will help the team investigate more effectively. Thank you!
