Request for Refund – Unintended Renewal

I am writing to request a full refund for a recent subscription charge on this account.

A payment was automatically processed yesterday, but I have not been using this account for quite some time and I’m not planning on using it soon.

Since the payment was made recently and the service has not been used, I would greatly appreciate it if you could cancel the subscription and issue a refund.

I'm not able to access billing details from this public space, but I've opened a ticket on your behalf with our Product Support team so they can review the charge and your cancellation request. Your case number is: 1831405, and they'll follow up at the email tied to your Figma account.

In the meantime, if you haven't already, I'd recommend cancelling your plan now to prevent any further charges while this is being reviewed: Upgrade or downgrade your plan → Downgrade or cancel your plan.
