Figma Credits not Resetting

My Figma Credits not resetting. On March 10th, message in AI Balance: 
Your Full seat in XXXXXXXXX comes with XXXX credits a month. Your seat credits reset Mar 12th.

March 16th. They didn’t reset, date changed
Your Full seat in XXXXXXXXX comes with XXXX credits a month. Your seat credits reset Mar 18th.

Today, March 20th. They didn’t reset. Now it says
Your Full seat in XXXXXXXXX comes with XXXX credits a month. Your seat credits reset Apr 3.

Any ideas?
