I would like to bring to your attention an issue I encountered with my AI credit usage.
Yesterday morning, my AI credit balance was 3,000 credits. During the day, I worked extensively in Figma, but based on my usage, I estimate that I consumed no more than approximately 1,000 credits.
However, in the next day, I received a notification indicating that my AI credits were fully exhausted. This behavior seems unexpected, as the credit consumption does not align with my actual usage within a single day.
Could you please help check:
- Whether there have been any recent changes or updates to the AI credit consumption model, or
- If there is any system issue, background process, or miscalculation that might have caused credits to be consumed unexpectedly
I would appreciate it if your team could review the credit usage logs and help identify the root cause of this issue.
