I’ve been using a Wacom tablet with Figma for a couple of years now. I use it as my default mouse that also helps me quickly sketch ideas with the Pencil tool. Since the release of the variable width stroke function I have been having some issues with the Pencil tool.I’m going to do my best to explain these issues below. If these should be split into different issues, please let me know if you want me to split these up. English is not my first language so I apologize for any errors.Summary of 3 issuesIssue 1: Selecting a different width profile while using the Pencil tool does not allow me to draw with it. It shows as if it is selected but does not change my actual width profile.Issue 2: Seemingly randomly Figma starts reflecting pen pressure and kind of creates its own width profile while drawing lines.Issue 3: Switching the width profile makes already drawn lines dissapear. Steps to reproduceIssue 1Open Pencil tool (Shift + P). Under Stroke settings I select any option from the Width

The slides themselves can get locked, but it’s not displayed in the left layers panel and no lock icon

I was working on the project and was almost complete. Then it started removing sections of my project that I’ve never asked it to do. I tell it to restore to the previous version. Then it tells me that it doesn’t have any previous files to restore to. It then asked me if I want to rebuild it. WTF? This Figma Make should have never been released. I feel like it should still be in beta testing.

I opened a ticket 3 weeks ago for downgrading my plan before the renewal on 27/02/2026 and I’m not able to speak with anyone for help.  And seems like I can only do it with the help of an assistant. Could you please reply to my tickets asap? Otherwise I will need to cancel definitively all my plan.

update since 5 minutes:: i am in contact with the support desk. ! (ticket: 1760410)--my account is deleted while i have not done this myself! I have paid all my invoices, but i received this mail and cannot access my figma since yesterday. you don’t tell me about this payment *One-time charges and credits* when i was purchasing the subsciptions, and in my 2nd month you have to add this hidden charger? what does its mean? why you are adding any charges in 2nd payment that you never explain at the time of subscriptions?

I recently purchased Figma. $200 level and ended up it is not the service that I need. It was one of the other site hosing subscriptions…I then deleted my account. Cannot request refund the way the online forms say. Can you help me out?

I’m having a bit of trouble with the ‘Manage libraries’ modal since I updated to Tahoe on Mac, and the latest Figma update. What used to happen: On the ‘Manage libraries’ modal there’s a list of components that can be updated. You would click on one of the rows and the modal content would change to ‘Review updates’ for that component. The back button would change the modal content back to ‘Manage libraries’.What happens now: When you click on one of the rows on the ‘Manage libraries’ modal, the ‘Review updates’ opens in a modal behind it. This seems like a bug as it is hidden by the ‘Manage libraries’ modal which stays open. If you click a different component to update, another ‘Review updates’ modal opens. The result is multiple ‘Manage libraries’ and ‘Review updates’ windows, it feels like a bit of a mess. Anyone else have this issue?

 I created my account with my university email when I was a student. I’ve since graduated and no longer have access to my school email. I still have my password but it’s asking for email verification which I cannot access. I would like to transfer the files I had in the account to my new one.

Hi, I am building a UI where I frequently resize frames with rounded corners and I have encountered an animation glitch.Steps to reproduce:Create any frame or rectangle with rounded corners Animate it only to change it’s dimensions, leaving the corner radius the same in both statesSee the GIF below for result. This happens regardless tothe element stroke or fill type the smart animation type or speed (you might miss it in fast animations of small transformations but it’s there) 

Issue: I need to recover multiple screens that were deleted from a project approximately 3–4 months ago Nov 2025. Context: A former employee with editor access made these deletions. I am currently on a Starter plan, so my version history only goes back 30 days, which prevents me from seeing the state of the file before these changes.Specific Questions for the Specialist:If I upgrade to a Professional plan right now, will Figma immediately unlock the unlimited version history for this specific file so I can retrieve the November versions? Can you confirm if the data from 4 months ago is still stored on your servers for Starter plan files, even though it is hidden from my current view? I got an invite to a Figma file as an editor.Clicked on the link in the email > and I’m still stuck in viewer mode. On their end it shows me as editor. On my end it shows “Requested”.I’ve tried both desktop and web access - both show the same.What am I missing?

I need to share a number of Make prototypes externally but although I have enabled external link sharing, and it works on Design and Figjam files, there is no option to share a Make prototype externally. This is blocking me from sharing the prototype for user testing. Please advise if this is a defect or is there a setting I’m missing.

Option + shift + arrow is not working on Mac for figma slides. I’ve closed and restarted the app multiple times. I’ve also closed the Figma slides file I’m working on as well. I’ve tested it with another keyboard too. Is anyone else facing this issue?

Hi, I’m working in Figma Slidesand I created complex prototyping inside the presentation.For some people, in View mode, one of the pages gets completely distorted on certain computers.I tried re-importing the component and duplicating it, but nothing helps. For some people it works, and for others it doesn’t. What could be the reason?

TLDR under text: In the most basic: I am creating something on Figma Make, I downloaded each file and folder to create a backup of my work as I was entering a implementation stage. I had to do this manually as I could not see nay method to 1 click make a backup or multi select files folder and download. now what I was worried about happened, I need to over write the code tree with backed up files and folders and nowhere can I see import, i cant even drag and drop the files in as it says not recognized format. so I have been opening each file deleting old code and pasting back in from my backup variant. slow as heck, the other thing I could not find is a ftp access way to do this and when i search all I get back is PDF info.so does anyone know how I can save myself all the time from copy past and just upload and over right file for file or how to use a ftp on figma (i know how to ftp but need connection details to my project)or how to make a backup so I am not stuck doing this again? ho

I’m experiencing a persistent issue where Figma will not load on my personal M1 MacBook Air 2020, in both the browser and the desktop app. The UI loads, but all content remains greyed out / skeleton screens and never renders. This has been happening only on my personal device, while Figma works perfectly on my work laptop (same account, same network conditions).Here are the full details of the issue: The problem started immediately after a macOS update on my M1 Mac. On my personal device, neither the browser nor the desktop app loads files — both display the same grey placeholders and nothing renders. I have tried multiple physical locations and networks (I accessed Figma across three different countries) & VPNs (both on and off). The issue persists regardless of Wi-Fi, hotspot, or VPN status... I have plenty of storage, and my device otherwise runs normally. I have tested Figma in Chrome, Safari, and the desktop app — all behave identically. I’m able to access my account
