Hello,
I am writing to report a billing issue regarding an unintended renewal charge on my Figma Pro subscription. The subscription was cancelled prior to the renewal charge being processed. Based on my timestamps, the renewal charge was applied approximately one hour after I had already cancelled the subscription. This account is completely inactive and has not been used to edit or create files since the charge. Could a community moderator please manually escalate this to the billing team and help me open an official support ticket to review this glitch? Thank you for your assistance.
