I requested an icon to be created based on the provided input, but the generated icon is incorrect and does not match the requested concept. The icon is also poorly aligned, visually unappealing, and does not meet the expected design quality. Please review the input and regenerate the icon with proper alignment and an accurate representation of the requested design.

I noticed you included a support ID in your post, could you confirm the full ticket number for me? 

In the meantime, a quick note on what you're seeing: the Figma agent uses generative AI to build designs directly on the canvas, and output quality can vary based on the prompt wording, the context in your file, and the task itself. Icons and complex shapes in particular can be tricky to get right first time. Rephrasing your prompt with more specific detail (colours, size, style, what the icon represents) and trying again often gets you a better result.

If you're continuing to see issues, it would really help us to have a few things:

  1. Debug details, right below the chat that triggered the issue, click the small circled "i" icon to copy the debug details, then paste those into your reply on the support ticket.
  2. A screenshot showing your prompt and the agent's response.
  3. File access, share the affected file with support-share@figma.com with "Can view" access so our team can take a proper look.
