URGENT: Missing design file "BAZE портфолио" - not in Trash/Drafts

Hello,
​I urgently need help from a Figma Support Specialist to locate and restore a missing design file. A team/group was recently deleted on my account, and I strongly suspect the file vanished with it.
​I have checked my Trash (with the "Anyone" filter), Drafts, and Recents, but the file is completely gone.
​File details:
​Approximate file name: "BAZE портфолио"
​Pages inside the file: "uikit", "важное"
​Could a support specialist please look into my account logs and help me recover this specific file or restore the deleted team? Thank you so much!

Thanks for bringing this up and letting us know what you’ve already tried. One thing I want to flag upfront: The restoration window for a deleted team is 28 days from deletion. After that, the team's files and projects are permanently deleted and can't be recovered. More on that here: Restore a deleted team.

Just to clarify for the support team: I haven't received any team deletion emails, and I didn't delete any teams recently. The file just disappeared on its own.

I will keep an eye on my inbox and wait for the Product Support team to reach out. Thanks again for escalating this!
