I am the billing owner of a Professional Team workspace.
I recently noticed an unexpected charge related to a Dev Seat that was assigned to another user on my team. I was not aware that assigning this seat would create an additional paid charge on my account.
As soon as I noticed the charge, I changed the user’s seat back to a free View seat to prevent any future charges.
I have already contacted support and currently have the following tickets:
- Ticket #1966951
- Ticket #1971567
I submitted my refund request immediately after the charge was processed, but I have not yet received a response from the billing team.
Could someone please confirm that my request is being reviewed and advise whether any additional information is needed?
