Price field disabled when publishing paid plugin — how do I get seller / payouts enabled?

Hi — I'm ready to publish a paid plugin ("Featherlight — Compress, WebP & Batch Export", plugin ID 1665932150476150859) under my Community profile @rationalmystic, using Figma's native payments with a one-time price.

In the publish flow the Price field is disabled, and my Community profile has no Metrics tab, so I believe my account still needs seller approval / Stripe activation for Community payments. What's the correct way to request seller onboarding?

Details:

- 2FA is enabled on the account

- Publishing from the desktop app

- US-based LLC, so within Stripe's supported countries

- The plugin is complete and the publish draft is ready to submit as soon as pricing unlocks

- The plugin is in my personal drafts (not a team/org), publishing as an Individual creator

Thank you!

Resolved — after connecting Stripe to the Figma account, the Price field unlocked right away and the plugin is now submitted for review. Leaving this up for anyone hitting the same wall: the missing Metrics tab means seller/Stripe activation hasn't happened yet for your account; once Stripe is connected, pricing enables immediately.

Hey @rationalmystic , Celine from the Community Support team at Figma here!

Glad to hear you found the solution, and thanks for coming back to share it. It'll definitely help others who run into the same situation. I’ve gone ahead and marked as solved your topic here.

And yes, that's correct! After you've been approved to sell on Community, you'll need to activate your Stripe account before you can publish paid resources. Once your Stripe account is connected, you are ready to start publishing paid resources to the Figma Community.

For anyone else who comes across this thread, please note that if you reside in a country not supported by Stripe, you won't be able to sell paid resources on Community. You can find more information here: Activate your Stripe account. Thank you
