Hello Figma Support Team,I am writing to request a refund for an unexpected charge on my account.Today, I was charged $89 instead of my regular $22 plan rate. Upon checking, I realized that I had accidentally approved extra seats for team members.I was not familiar with how Figma’s seat licensing system works at the time and unintentionally authorized these seats. Furthermore, the added users have not used or activity-logged into these assigned seats at all.Since this charge was made by mistake and the additional seats were completely unused, I kindly request a full refund for the extra $67 charged today.Invoice : YVBQTNUC-0008 I have been a long-time user and advocate of Figma, often recommending it within my company. Thank you for your understanding and support. When a section in Figma Slides has more than one row, at some point the next section overlaps the second row of the previous section in grid view.

Hello.I recently encountered a hard limit message“You've reached the monthly limit for this beta feature, which resets Jul 31, 2026” on the Figma AI Agent chat.Following the announcements after I attended CONFIG 2026, our team integrated right away the AI Agent directly into our active production pipeline with the expectation of “free to create unlimited designs and plugins” (Which was often suggested during keynotes at CONFIG 2026) during the beta phase. While I fully understand the need to balance compute load and infrastructure constraints during the beta testing, the lack of in-product quota indicators or upfront usage limits, created a real unexpected bottleneck in our current sprint projects.Could you kindly review my account and my teams account to see if a temporary cap extension is possible for this usage cycle, or share explicit usage guidelines so my team can accurately budget our team's workflow execution moving forward? 

Hi. I have a professional plan, but I got an invoice to pay 75$, while my plan is 25$. I didn’t know that to give dev mode or edit mode will be charged. So, what the solution, I don’t want to pay an that extra fees.Maybe it will be great and more user friendly to add an pop up that for giving an extra dev mode, you will be charged. It will be more honestly for the users.

preview is always “window” and i can’t change it to “device”

I made a mistake of connecting my personal repository and can’t seem to disconnect it. How do I do it? 

Text box with fill container keeps automatically changing width. Then when you click in the text area it resets to the fill container width. I am getthing this alot and its very frustrating. Seems like the fonts load and the fill container isn’t triggered maybe? These are the same components, but some are not reseting fill continer and here.. same form elements. I am selecting all and pressing K and transforming everything, which triggers the fill container, then undoing and it seems to clear it.There are no console errors

Basically, I changed my email on Figma account. Because I have no longer access to the old email. Now on Figma Learn I can’t track my ticket activities even tho I receive updates on my new email address. How to solve this? 

Reproduction: Created a dropdown component defined slot areas for dropdown menu ‘the rows’ created a seperate singular component and named it ‘_row’ (so it wouldn’t get published) defined ‘_row’ as the preferred value forr the slot area but when dropdown component published, and pulled into another figma file ‘_row’ doesn’t show up as it’s not a published component. Opinion, if a unpublished component have been defined as a preferred value, it should be available to be picked. I basically do not want to expose a building block to the other designers because it’s never going to be used anywhere else apart from the dropdown window.  How it looks when called from another file.How it looks inside the library file.  

I’m working on a Figma Make project and the AI ignored the intended keywords/constraints, which caused the project code/structure to become badly broken.Unfortunately, I did not have a backup, so I now need to reconstruct a large part of the project.I only have the published version now; I do not have the source code or a backup copy. Please check whether the project can be restored from any internal version history or backend snapshot.Could you please check whether there is any way to recover a previous internal version, restore the project state, or otherwise repair the affected Make project?

Hi. I made my portfolio super fast with Figma prototype because I cannot miss time to showcase my work experience to recruiters. I made the figma portfolio with desktop size because i cannot make it adaptable with figma prototype. When I first tested on mobile, it worked properly for navigation tabs to switch to other tabs of my resume, contact etc. Now, I notice that the desktop navigation buttons work properly, but on mobile I see no interaction. Nothings happens when i click buttons. But why? I really need my portfolio for job application until I have my second portfolio is ready.

How is this still happening? Does not matter what I do if I take a screenshot, copying from photoshop, exporting jpg and drop it into Figma Slides it desaturates everything.Please don’t come with some basic FAQ: “Did you match colour profiles and stuff.Why is it like this? This is a HUGE issue. There’s a lot of creatives who use these tools and the right colours are super important..

I’m on master component, but after the figma update I can't find "Create Property" and "Ignore auto layout" icon on right panel?  

I don’t have the device icon next to the page (All my coworkers show an icon to the right of /signup) It is on the far right for me and it wont let me change any settings.  I tried reinstalling, removing all plugins, updating to newest version, reseting figma

I'm using Figma Make and encountered some problems: noticed there is an option to adjust the preview size, but I can't actually change it. The screen size appears to be fixed, and selecting the option doesn't let me resize the preview or set a custom screen size. I can't open the preview in full-screen view.   Is this a known issue, or am I missing a setting?Thanks!

Hello There, Need help in make the figma-mcp to provide the components details. We are using a Design System and using those DS components we are designing our pages, As a frontend developer using claude to to connect with figma mcp and do the frontend development. I am not getting the details of the components in the page like variants, size, which are the properties defined in the Design System. Without much knwoledge about figma and did an analysis with claude and come to know the desing in the page has overwritten in the instances so it is differ from the main component, the figma-mcp will give a flat data instead of the properties choosen in that component. Also we can see there is a ‘i’ icon with the information in the figma that, “The border, text and layout in this instance differ from the main component.” When we connected with the designers, they are expressing that it is not possible. “It isn't feasible because the DS master components are designed with all possible variants

Both my teammate and I have edit access to our design system Figma file. I was able to publish some components but suddenly wasn’t able to—when I hit ‘publish’ it’s like it never registered (no toast at the bottom of the screen with the loading status, component publish status is still unpublished). It’s very intermittent—occasionally I’ll be able to publish again but will lose the ability right after.I know it’s not a case of two people trying to publish at the same time, it’s not a connection issue (experienced this in different locations), and we are on the enterprise plan and no permissions have changed on that front. My teammate can publish components now but he couldn’t before and even got this modal. Is this a known bug?

Hello,I used the Figma paid plan for the past month and paid **$5.50** for my subscription.Since I no longer planned to use the service, I canceled my subscription **the day before the next billing date**. However, today I received an email stating that I will be charged **$16.50**.I don't understand why I am being charged even though I canceled my subscription before the billing date.If possible, I would like to request that this upcoming charge be canceled.If canceling the charge is not possible, I would appreciate it if you could explain:* Why I am being charged even though I canceled my subscription before the billing date.* Which policy or billing rule caused this charge to be applied.I would appreciate your clarification.Thank you.

I can't edit my community file. I want to change the contact address, but as soon as I open the 'Manage resource' modal, I get an error that says 'Failed to validate fields' and clicking the ‘Retry’ button doesn’t seem to do anything. I can edit the contact address, but I can’t publish the change because of the error.

Check design is a great new featured, we’ve all missed applying a style, variable or whatever to our designs, but I’ve noticed even if I only check for the variables and styles created in the current file it will suggest variables that are not in the file form other libraries, anyone running into this issue?
