Hi everyone,I need help with an upcoming charge for a Dev Mode seat that was added by mistake.Situation: A Dev Mode seat was accidentally activated in our team settings. I noticed it immediately and downgraded the user back to "Viewer" right away. However, I see an upcoming monthly invoice scheduled for May 30, 2026, for this seat.The issue with Support Bot: I tried to resolve this through the automated support assistant, but it requires an Invoice Number. Since my invoice is still in "Upcoming" status, it hasn't been assigned a number yet, so the bot cannot process my request.Details: Team: di.gladky's team Charge: 1 Dev Mode seat (already removed) Invoice Date: May 30, 2026 Can someone from the Figma team help me cancel this pending charge or adjust the invoice before the payment is processed? 

I personally prefer working with Auto Layout because it provides great automated layout and configuration capabilities. However, I recently ran into an issue: I’m unable to adjust the stacking order of layers while using Auto Layout.When using Auto Layout, if I set Scroll behavior → Position → Sticky (stop at top edge), I can’t move a specific frame to the top layer without breaking the ordering. The only workarounds I’ve found are switching the frame to Freeform or moving the content all the way to the top or bottom.

In my prototype, a floating button is supposed to appear after the user scrolled past a certain point.On desktop i used “mouse leave” as a trigger, this works perfectly - despite the fact that it it a mobile prototype. But i now checked on my phone and …. nothing!  This will be user tested, the users will use their own devices.  I found a work around with using the trigger “after delay” but it is not the same. Is there a better work around?  

HiI have an issue with multi colored icons. They are created as components and the vector is flattened and the layer is named “Vector”. The colors are based on variables: Unchanged variables​​​​​​ When I drag in an instance of the icon, I can change my colors to new variables - however only the top most variable is actually changed in the component instance: “Icons/on-color-dark” variable changed to “Icons/left”“Icons/default” variable changed to “Icons/right”Obviously nothing has changed. And when de-selecting the instance and re-selecting it the “Icons/right” has reverted back to “Icons/default” The issue persist with all multi colored icons and the pattern seems to be that the bottom most variable wont change.Changing the colors on the master works flawlessly. Any ideas?​​​​​​

 Dear Sirs,I’m on the free Starter plan and don’t see any Figma AI features (no magic wand, no AI options like First Draft, Generate, Edit with prompt, Remove background, Vectorize).What I see: File in Drafts (Free) Plan: Starter / Free (confirmed in Settings → Plan & billing) Searching “AI”, “Generate”, “First Draft”, “Remove background” in Actions shows nothing native, only third-party AI plugins (UX Pilot, Codia, Photoroom, etc.). When running a prototype in the Figma design file, the prototype sometimes launches from unrelated pages instead of the intended starting frame.Steps to reproduce: Open the Figma design file. Click Present / Play Prototype. Expect the prototype to start from the configured starting frame. Actual result:Instead of starting from the intended frame, the prototype repeatedly opens the same two unrelated pages/frames. The correct prototype flow cannot be accessed while this occurs.Expected result:The prototype should launch from the defined starting frame and follow the configured interactions.Workaround:Closing the file and reopening it temporarily resolves the issue, after which the prototype behaves normally. However, the issue reappears intermittently during later sessions. Notes: Issue appears intermittently. Seems to cache or persist incorrect starting points until the file is reopened.

Hi Figma Support,I was unexpectedly charged for 4 editor seats on my team several hours ago. I did not intentionally add these members as editors — they were upgraded automatically without a clear warning in the UI. I have already canceled my plan and downgraded these members.Since this was an unintentional charge that I corrected immediately, I would like to request a full refund for these additional seats. 

Having a real struggle with a code layer generating a slider using the Figma UI to upload images to the slides. Problem is that the images sometimes would upload and be fine, sometimes appear to but then not show after publishing, despite previewing fine in the code layer modal, sometimes the images would persist after uploading, sometimes not, if I swapped an image out for another, the new image wouldn't show on the next publish.The issue isn't related to say the Image 2 picker as the bug happens randomly - although Image 1 does always seem to work. And if I add the same image that works in Image 1 to the other Image pickers, they work. It really is a puzzler. Unless there's another UI approach for a slider I can use (I know there's not one in Make right now)?

When I copy any Figma frame using Cmd+Shift+C (copy as png), it gives a message “copied as png” but when I try to paste it in google slides, it doesn’t work. As if there’s nothing in the clipboard. Tried clearing the clipboard still doesn’t work.

Hello,I am writing to request a refund for an accidental annual subscription charge.I have been using the Figma Pro plan on a monthly basis. However, on May 7th, 2026, the plan was accidentally switched to an annual subscription.I realized this mistake on May 8th and immediately cancelled the seat/subscription. As this was an unintentional purchase and I took action within 24 hours, I would kindly like to request a full refund of the annual fee.I would appreciate it if you could help me revert this and process the refund. I submitted my plugin for review on 04/30, and as of today (05/08) I still haven't received any feedback from the Figma team. No approval, rejection, or requests for changes.That's over 10 days of waiting, while the submission form indicated a turnaround of 5-10 business days.Could anyone share how long the review process is currently taking?  I can't use any components, typography variables, or colors from my design systems. It suddenly stopped working, both on the web and desktop versions. I've already unpublished and then republished the library, but whenever I try to pull the component or variable from another file, it gives an error.I already went to the troubleshooting section and did a reset and restart of Figma Web.Error when trying to select a color from the library to fill the square.: Error when trying to add a library component.: 

Figma plug-in does not work in Codex App. I get 401 unauthorized state all the time in the past few days. My colleague on my team also has that error. I have tried pretty much all the methods on internet and none of them really works.The community demand for Codex is climbing at very impressive rate and a lot of people are probably frustrated like me. please fix it or I have to turn to something else that agent can work with. thank you!!

I only intended to keep my existing single Professional plan for personal use and did not mean to add any additional paid editor seats.I also noticed that the upcoming monthly invoice scheduled for May 22 still includes the additional charge:Seat updates – $12.67Could you please review my case and update the invoice before the payment is processed?I would also appreciate any help regarding the refund request for this unintended charge.Thank you for your assistance.

A new bug our design team has just encountered is that our entire design system has been affected by a recent update to stroke/draw. Now our components that use a stroke style at 100% on focus and set it to a style at 0% is now after a year of working, making the the 0% variant shift. Figma now does not hold the space for strokes set to zero using styles while using autolayout. Setting the value to anything above zero make the issue go away. Please fix.

Hello - I transferred ownership of a file to myself, then deleted the old account, and the file seems to have been deleted from my account as well. I am hoping to recover only one file - this just happened about an hour ago.  

I asked Make to do some change and the result was not as I expected. I tried to restore previous version but it is not working and now I lost all my work.

I’ve created a template in Figma Make, but it always has an error when trying to use it. I’ve re-created the template a few times and nothing fixes it. The template is composed of two components from our design library (a sidebar and a top navbar). Do templates not work with library components for some reason?  

I have been experimenting with the Variable Modes and i could figure most things out but i feel like this one might be a bug since i coulndt find anything about it - But just in case i wanted to ask here first.I created a Collection with 3 Modes, that change colors, Text content and now its supposed to change the Font Type and size of the Headline.This works perfectly fine in the Workspace, but when i check the prototype the Font wont change. Furthermore, when i loop back to the first font the innate Font is changed to Inter. In case its relevant - I loop the Modes by having a seperate colltecion with one number. The button sets number to number+1 (until it hits 4, then it resets to 1) and checks what the variable is set the mode. This worked perfectly fine before i started to test the font change, so im unsure if its relevant. Anyone gut any idea what the issue might be?
