Follow-up on Figma Education Verification Requests from Webcase

Dear Figma Edu Team,

We are Webcase Community, and we currently run our verified bootcamp, “UI/UX — Ticket to Freedom 4.0."

Following the established procedure, we periodically submit the Google Form with the lists of students whose accounts need to be upgraded to the Figma Education plan. Until recently, the process worked smoothly, and we are grateful that our students can benefit from this opportunity.

However, students included in our latest submissions have reported that their accounts have not yet been upgraded. We submitted the forms on June 5, July 9, and August 14, but the verification process for these students does not appear to have been completed.

We understand that your team may be handling a high volume of requests. However, previous upgrades were usually processed much faster, and the current delay is affecting our students’ learning process.

We also contacted bootcamps@figma.com from the email address [ email redacted by forum moderator to remove PII], but we have not yet received a response.

Could you please confirm whether you received our submissions and check their current status? Please let us know if you require any additional information or documents from us to resolve the situation.
