I am unable to login as student

Before I point you to the right steps, I just want to double check one thing: when you say you're a "12 student," do you mean you're 12 years old, or that you're in grade 12 (your final year of high school)? The right process is a little different depending on which one applies, so I want to make sure I give you accurate info.

Hi, ​@Sharanesh Sasikumar - stepping in for ​@Gayani_S. Thanks for confirming that you’re in the 12th grade. Did you sign up for Figma with your school email address? Make sure that your account is using that email address, then apply directly at figma.com/education/apply with the same school email address. Select High School for your institution types. You can read more about this in the Apply section of our help article on Figma for Education.

​@anniewarner, are you in high school? If not, you should ask your teacher about this so they can sign up for Figma for Education themselves. You’ll still need an account under your school email address, but your teacher will be the person to actually apply at figma.com/education/k-12 and handle getting you access (see the above article for information you can provide to your teacher). 

But sir my school haven't produced me any of such school email address sir .

Since verification is tied to a school-issued email address, you won't be able to complete the process on your own without one. Personal emails are not accepted at this time.

A teacher or administrator at your school will need to apply at: figma.com/education/k-12, and they handle access for the class. I'd suggest sharing that link with a teacher who supports your design work — they'd be the one to start it.

Hi sir, As my computer mam has used your link and logged on and completed a 6 days ago but still now my teacher didn’t get any verification mail and i am new to this and the teacher was my hope but . still she didn’t recieve any verification . can you please help me what to do now . for referance i have attached her account to it [redacted by moderator to remove personal information].

I understand your teacher applied about six days ago and hasn't received a verification email yet. A couple of things worth checking with her first:

1. ask her to look in her spam or junk folder, and
2. to confirm which email address she applied with — it needs to be her school-issued address.

If she still doesn't see anything, the next step is for her to submit a request through the Support Hub. We aren't able to look up account details from this public post, and since the application is tied to her account, the Figma for Education team will need to hear from her directly to investigate. Hope this helps move things forward.
