Hey!I recently noticed a strange error in several of my projects. When I apply smart animate to a component, the text is increasingly displayed incorrectly.Example 1: I use a zoom effect on an image with a delay, and the text remains unchanged in both states. In the preview, the text suddenly becomes larger. I suspect that my variable mode for the font size is being ignored during the initial interactions, which is causing the error. It is also strange that the error only occurs in the first transition; the other images do not have this problem. Example 2: I have the same problem with the text in an accordion element. I made sure that the elements are named identically and are recognized as identical elements via multi-edit. Does anyone have an idea? I would like to fix it because it looks unprofessional in the customer presentation. Have I overlooked something here? Thanks!

Our team is improving our design system library management and need to cut styles from one library to another so that they stay linked to existing components. We were able to do this last week for our text styles, and now that we’re ready to cut over our effect the option has disappeared. This seems to be a well documented feature, so it seems like there is a bug that has temporarily disabled this. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue, and is there an update on when it will be resolved?

Hi, I’ve seen past threads that Figma doesn’t yet offer discounted plans for non-profits, but you do have educational plans. Do you have any plans to start offering non-profit discounts? It would be a great benefit to many, and honestly, you might be the only one we pay for that doesn’t provide a discount… 

I would really like to apply to the student plan but I dont have an educational mail nor my educational institution provide them, I can verify Im a student but the application forms doesnt seem to take in count my institution. Any help is wellcome.Thanks.

Hey there.I have two accounts in Figma, One is organizational and one is personal (this one is my personal account). So When I try to login in Forum, I expect it to ask me which account do I prefer to login. I usually check Forum with my personal account. But when I try to login, Forum automatically choose my last login session (which was my work account). clear cash and log out didn’t work, so I used incognito mode to force Forum to ask me for email address again. I know it’s not an important issue but it frustrates me every time! 

I’m running into an issue where when I go to add an image using the keyboard shortcut “Shift Command K” it doesn’t open my finder, instead, it opens a search menu that lets me navigate between Figma files. I checked the keyboard shortcuts and it looks like add image is still listed as Shift Command K. How do I stop this from happening? Is there a new keyboard shortcut for add image? I am on Mac.

The recently introduced fill patterns do not seem to be correctly saved in styles:They are not editable (cannot select a new pattern object, and the toolbar does not show the pattern tab) When exported from a library, using them in another file results in displaying dots (presumably the default pattern) 

I am building this component and I have made button component separately, when I try to switch sizes of button in this component, it doesnot change to any size and remain the size I have kept in this component, I have set the entire component to hug height and button component are of 3 sizes with fixed heights, but i am unable to change button size in this component through the nested property,

I'm experiencing an issue with the Figma to Wix Studio plugin. The plugin was working fine, and I successfully exported over 20 pages. However, for the past 2-3 days, I have been unable to add my designs to the site. I receive the following error message:"Your design couldn't be added to the site. Due to a technical issue, we couldn't add your design to the site. Make sure you're following the Figma plugin guidelines, then try adding it again."Details:The specific frame I'm trying to export is named "Dining page" in the "Khoj Resorts Web Revamp" project. The Figma frame width matches the editing size in Wix Studio. The frame size is under 250kb, and there are no unsupported elements like menus, forms, or videos. I have checked for rate limits on my Figma account and refreshed both the plugin and the editor.D

My Mac has updated the IOS and now Figma will not work on Chrome or desktop app. I have tried all the troubleshooting advice but no luck. Links still work in Safari. Please can this be fixed asap. thanks 

I've noticed Slots keeps swapping out components when a library update occurs. I made sure there were no changes to the master components that is embed within the slot composition. As well as no changes made to the master composition where the embedded components sit within the Slot sections of the composition Is this a bug?

Hello Figma Support, I hope you’re doing well. I am following up on my previous request regarding the subscription renewal charge on my account. It has been over 12 hours since I submitted my report, and I have not yet received a response. I also noticed that my ticket was marked as “solved,” but I have not received any reply or resolution. To clarify, the amount charged was not intended for this subscription renewal. I had already planned and allocated my funds for other expenses, and I canceled my subscription within minutes of noticing the renewal because I did not intend to continue the service. I kindly ask that my request be reviewed by a support agent, as this appears to be a timing issue where the renewal and cancellation happened very close together. I would greatly appreciate a one-time courtesy refund if possible. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.

I signed up for Figma today as a newbie, hoping to create a mock-up of a landing page for a new web app. It started well. I managed to import and existing landing page and managed to edit it with the AI functionality. However, the credits ran out quickly - I am on the basic free plan. Now I cannot find any way to edit the document in the normal editing view. I have one file and a team library. That is it. I would like to try the free editing option. I spent a long while on the chat help, which looked promising to begin with but didn’t solve the issue unfortunately. 

I submitted a ticket with a problem - I had some unknown email as a seat on my account which I was not aware of and I was getting monthly charges for months. I was looking to get a refund for this rouge email on my account. I submitted the ticket 1894596 but have not received any contact from Figma support. Could someone please help? I can’t call or email Figma so I feel kind of stuck?? Thanks!

Hi, I'm experiencing a strange issue with one of my Figma files and I'm not sure what's going on.I have only one Figma account. One of my design files is showing a yellow banner that says "This is an unassigned draft file" and when I try to move it, I get a dialog that says:"Current location: Another user's Drafts — You can't move files that are in another person's Drafts."The problem is, I am the one who created this file. I have no other Figma accounts. The file doesn't appear in my projects list — I can only access it via the direct link.When I open the Share panel, it shows no named owner, just "team admins" and "Anyone can view".I did share a view-only link to this file with some people, but viewers shouldn't be able to take ownership of a file.Things I've already checked:- I only have one Figma account (one email)- The file is not in my Drafts, Recents, or Deleted- I can still open the file via direct link- I have not deleted or moved it manuallyCan anyone explain what happened a

Hello there,My creative director keeps getting this prototype viewing issue, where the text box comes up with a big slash through it, and cuts off before the end of it (see how it stops at ‘u’) I’ve tried a few things by troubleshooting on google, including:1. Making the text-ordinates whole values (no decimal points)Removing any auto layout from this slide Setting line height of text to ‘auto’And none of those things worked. It’s becoming quite an issue as she needs to present using figma to clients, and I cannot see this on my end - it only happens on here computer. please help!

Hi, since recently I have the issue that the grid ignores all the variables that come with the components, even when a grid cell is set to “hug”. I have to set the height of a component to a different variable and then switch back to the original variable to get any changes. In some cases, the variable is set to 60px but the height says something different. I cannot work like this and have been trying to fix layout errors since last week instead of getting anything done.My cards also keep breaking and changing their size randomly after I refresh. Please help.
