Strange flickering on prototype with "Smart Animate" (only on Browsers)

I’ve been working on a “desktop” prototype lately, (i’m on a mac) and when I test the animations inside Figma, everything works perfectly; the flickering issue only occurs in the browsers, and specifically with the "Smart Animate" action. I’ve already run all the usual checks—ensuring matching layer names across variants, avoiding "clip content" where possible—but anyway certain issues persist. Testing in my own Chrome browser works flawlessly, yet the problem appears in a colleague's Chrome browser (Both are updated). Personally, I only see the issue in Safari and Firefox. So, I don't quite understand where the root cause lies on Browsers, though I know for sure it stems from "Smart Animate." 

Also, I don't know which browser the client is using ; I ran a quick test on a PC as well, and the problem occurs there too.

Have any of you guys experienced this? It’s a bit frustrating, especially since these aren't complex animations—just a simple carousel of images, text, and icons. Nothing really heavy. 🤷‍♂️ 

Does this mean we can't use "Smart Animate" anymore?
