By points, do you mean that you are seeing that error and also seeing credits used? Figma Make should only be using credits if it actually completes work. If something goes wrong and you see a message like that, it shouldn’t use any credits. Having said that, let me if you did see credits deducted for a task that gave an error - I’ll help get you in touch with our support team so they can investigate.

Regarding the particular error you are seeing, can you check our help article on adjusting your network settings and make sure that all of the domains we use are accessible? That error indicates an issue connecting with one of our servers.
