My name is 여정연, and I have been successfully using Figma with a student verification account. However, when I tried to re-verify my student status, I keep encountering the "Figma Education Verification Limit Exceeded" error, which has locked me out of my account for several days.

I am currently an active student at Kaywon University in South Korea and have already submitted my tuition receipt as proof. Despite this, the same error persists, and I cannot access my workspace.

This email account (dkdus1358@naver.com) contains many important projects, and this is a critical period for my studies, making this issue a massive setback for me. I have already reached out to SheerID support multiple times, but I keep receiving automated responses without any actual resolution.

Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.
