I haven’t previously noticed this issue, but am noticing that if truncation takes over, it just cuts off the last word incredibly early. Is this just a bug that’s popping up again?

As a user, I expect the adjustments I’ve made to an image (ex: exposure, contrast, etc.) in Figma Design to show when imported into Figma Make. This does not seem to be the case.

Hello,  We are writing to understand how to manage the number of full seat in our Figma profile Enterprise.  Now we have 13 full seat, but we use just 9 of them. Tomorrow 20th March 2026, there will be the renewal of our plan, but we would like to cut the number of full seats.  We don’t find the section where to manage the number of full seats, but we already have changed the type of access and seat for all the members: 9 full seats and all the others are viewers. Can you confirn that the invoice will be contain just 9 full seats in this way? Please tell us how to manage it because we don’t have a support email or contact.  Thank you.

I have one single student that can’t verify their account. The email address is correct, but the verification form always says the email is wrong (and that the school email should be used..). The student filled out multiple support forms but never got an answer. Yesterday, another student verified his account instantly. So I’m basically out of ideas, I would be glad if someone from the support team could contact me for detailed information so I can get the account verified. 

For two days, all images across my Figma files does not show neither does plugin works. I have tried every solution. It is same in both desktop and browser version. The images shows in thumbnail but not when i click the images

When I go to fill a component with a custom image from my computer, I click the image button and nothing shows. The rest of the menu is missing, and it requires me to open and close the menu multiple times for it to show up. This happens every single time I try to upload a custom image, and it’s been happening for at least 2 years. 

New bug in Figma 126.1.4When you select any dropdown selection in the right panel (for instance the Union, Zoom level, or even Help and Resources question mark at bottom), the whole right panel shifts a few pixels to the left and a black bar is show below it, as if there is a scrollbar being activated.  

Hey guys! I just need some help regarding transferring a landing page design I created in Figma (using Figma Make) to Webflow. I’m trying to use the Figma to Webflow (Labs) plugin, and I followed a tutorial, but I got stuck because the plugin doesn’t seem to detect or show my design at all. I’m not sure if I’m missing a step or if there’s something wrong with how my file is set up. I also couldn’t find a tutorial that matches exactly what I’m experiencing. Has anyone here tried this workflow before? Any tips or things I should check? Thank you in advance!

When I type something into a text box and resize it from right to left, the text wraps word by word (which is normal). However, when I paste text copied from somewhere else into the text box and then resize it, it wraps letter by letter instead. All the settings are the same. Does anyone know what might be causing this?

I work for a company that manages the design system for all public administration projects. The goal is to provide all consulting companies with a constantly updated design system library.However, I have discovered that outside the organisation, it is not possible to connect the library to the work files.I cannot allow the files to be copied because they would lose the updates and we would lose ownership of the files. How can we proceed? Any advice?I was thinking about projects connected between organisations, but there is a maximum of 15 per enterprise.

​​​​​Hi, wondering if anyone has had this issue with a Figma file before:My team has a text style design system set up which was working perfectly the other day Next day - all my fonts had more weight added to them,  but was showing up as the original lighter weight in the variables  Investigated with my team and found out that it was just my end and my Figma file that was producing these curiosities I had to duplicate the file to rectify this bug

Hey everyone, so with the now enforced AI limit in Figma Make and the extremely unrealistic Credit Limit & Pricing Model it is no longer really viable for us. If Figma wont change anything drastically it now became pretty much unusable for us. Therefore has anyone a good (and fair-priced, or more realistic) alternative at hand? I mean in general I was fairly happy with Figma Make, especially since i connected our Web Componenst & overall Design System via NPM. Hello Figma Support Team !My name is Simon, and I teach UX-UI Design for Higher Ed students in Angers, Fr in two different schools : “MyDigitalSchool Angers” and “EEGP Angers (Verrieres en Anjou)”.Since Figma changed their verification process and partnered up with SheerID, every new students I meet is unable to verifiy his status to get the Education Plan.We tried a lot of combination through the process, but it keeps on failing :Every student has a valid CVEC number Both schools are in the Figma Database At EEGP Angers, students don’t have school issued email anymore. They have to use their personnal email address (perhaps this is the reason why ??) For the students at MyDigitalSchool Angers, we tried selecting different options in the “School” select menu : “MyDigitalSchool Angers”, “MyDigitalSchool”… And even “ESPL-Ecole Supérieure des Pays de Loire”, which is the name of the campus we’re part of. I need to upgrade my Figma Org from 7-seat to 8-seat for the new billing cycle, but Figma isn't responding to chat and emails.I think they assumed we were a small company and weren't willing to provide support.Do you have any suggestions on how to find a support person willing to help at Figma?

I purchased Tequila Sunrise from YouWorkForThem — both the desktop font and the WebFonts package. I used the desktop font to design my site in Figma, then published it via Figma Sites.When I go to the Fonts section to upload the missing font, I get the error: "Files don't match font, check files and try again." I'm certain the WOFF/WOFF2 files I'm uploading correspond to the same typeface I used in the design.I'm unsure whether this is a naming mismatch in the webfont files themselves (e.g., the internal font-family name not matching what Figma expects) or a bug/limitation on Figma's side. On most other web-building platforms, this would be straightforward — you'd just map the uploaded webfont to the one used in the design.Has anyone encountered this? Any workarounds?

Hey everybody,I’m reporting an issue regarding image rendering within a shared design file in our team workspace. My Problem:One of my students is seeing some images completely pixelated/scrumbled, while others render correctly. The rest of the team sees everything perfectly. Unable to use figma make i have a full seat paln but it showing now a ai credit limit but when i go in credit section it show no enforcement of credit limit on full seats. i have two more account with same plan they are working well but this account show ai credit limit and am unable to use figma make

I’m on an Education plan, team admin, but my seat is locked and I can’t assign a Full seat. I need Full seat access to publish a team library for Figma Make. 

My setup: Figma components (some with nested components) defined centrally in shared library filefigma component fonts set to font styles defined in same shared library, some of which are driven by figma variables defined in same shared library.  Others are not, so the variables themselves do not seem to be a prerequisite for the figma bug.Page layout file uses components from shared library, which appear correctly with their fonts and styles when first added from Assets. Intermittently, we are finding that multiple figma users in our same company are seeing different font values from one another when selecting the exact same text layer.It is not clear if this is a factor of users opening/closing the file and fonts getting substituted or just a bug with nested components and/or shared library font styles.  The problem is so sporadic I have yet to be able to fix or resolve.Being unable to rely on figma to communicate the same font values to both the designer and the developer undermines
