I lost access to my Figma account because my email was hacked and deleted.That account was the owner of a team where I had important projects, and I was the only member.I would like to recover access to that account or transfer ownership to my new email.So, is it possible and how can I do that if it is? 

I’m trying to use figma-use / Codex MCP tools to create a design directly inside a specific Figma file and node.Sometimes the tool can read the node metadata and sees it as an empty canvas. But when it tries to continue with the required design context step, get_design_context fails with a generic error.Because of this, the integration can partially detect the file, but it cannot actually write or generate the design on the canvas.What I need help with:How to make get_design_context work reliably with an open Figma design file Whether this is a known issue with Figma MCP / plugin integration / Codex desktop connection 

I am writing to formally request an update on the review status of my plugin (ID: 1612076425323524506), which was submitted on March 8, 2026 (26 days ago).My plugin has been stuck in the "In Review" stage for nearly a month. However, I have noticed that other plugins submitted much later—such as ID: 1616455025697357739, submitted on March 19, 2026—have already been reviewed and released.It appears there may be an issue or a delay specific to my submission. Nav bar overlays top navigationWith UI Hidden Its 2026 and the Figma UI still overlays on top of prototypes, obscuring the top nav bar needed to navigate the prototype. I can hide the UI - but then without knowing how to turn it back on, a client will not know how to expand the UI to full screen, or how to leave comments. But if I leave the UI on, the client will be frustrated not being able to navigate the site because the UI overlays the navigation bar.I have seen dozens of complaints for this exact problem on this forum for the last 4 years. Most of my components have device variants: desktop and mobile. Each of those are made with .base components with those variants too with proper layout and variable changes.I’ve got slots working for both device variants, but when I use an instance and make changes for images or text (in desktop variant) and change breakpoint to mobile, it still using the desktop layout, and should use instead the mobile. What's the solution to this problem?

For the past couple of days, some of my Figma files haven't been opening properly.I've already tried clearing the cache, reinstalling the desktop app, and switching browsers.It occasionally opens in the browser or on a guest profile, but even then other pages within the file fail to load.The files are slightly larger than my usual projects, but they were working fine just a few days ago. 

I am trying to connect my custom domain to a website made in Figma Make, but do not see “Add custom domain” button. I have an Education plan, which should be comparable to Professional. Thanks for the advice!

Dear Figma Team,I am an administrator for the "RGI SpA admin" organization. I am contacting you to request assistance with setting the number of seats for the annual renewal.On April 17, 2025, we purchased 15 Full seats and 5 Dev seats for the annual period April 17, 2025 - April 17, 2026 with an organization plan.We later determined that the number of "full seats" was redundant: we are only using 10 full seats, while the other 5 have been in status “available” for long time.Therefore, we would like to downgrade the number of seats for the next renewal.Specifically, we would like to purchase only 10 Full seats and 5 Dev seats for the renewal on April 17, 2026.However, by clicking on the "preview renewals" tab, it is not possible to reduce the number of seats; I can only click on the "confirm renewal estimate" button.Can you help me remove the 5 unused full seats

I have a layout component with a slot that contains an auto layout frame where I can compose content with as needed. If I change the auto layout in an instance, it changes the layout in the main component and any instance on the page. I would expect the auto layout change to only affect the instance.

I am unable to publish my figma make project. It is quite large, but regardless, every time I attempt to publish this project it fails. I have done everything suggested in other threads - cleared caches, tried different browsers, duplicated the file, tried to publish it from the edit preview pane and the settings. This has been happening consistently for days, I just want to test my build and publish this site. I know this issue is addressed in other places, but I'm confused, because I cannot find a solution for it. The red bar suggests contacting support for help, so I’m doing that. Kind RegardsNat  

I’ve submitted a couple of plugins, but they’re still under review. I haven’t received any confirmation email after submission, or any other update since then.Does anyone know how I can check their status or whether they might be stuck in review?

I can’t view the .otf and .ttf files installed and enabled on my macbook. I’m able to use them in the Adobe apps but they don’t show in my Figma desktop app. I need to present my portfolio Friday and want to update some projects with the right typefaces, could I please get some help!

Publishing the updated version on website in Figmake AI is unsuccessful. Tried to fix it in several times, but same error message will come

My Figma Make is always giving me this error. Couldn’t reach server, try again in a minute. Its happening from last few months. I have changed internet, cleared cache and also try this on my other computer.

Slots are a pretty cool concept and useful for their intended porposes, but they need polish. I’m not the biggest fan of the fact that you cannot mark an entire frame as a slot, that you need a sub-frame, but this is not the topic.Behaviour that is really concerning is the following: I have a table column component, that is filled with some data format (in my case UUIDs, or dates). I expand it to more cells using the slot feature. Some AI is used to fill these cells with more mock UUIDs or dates - cool. However! When extending or shrinking the slot, some cells that are not even being created or removed are being overriden with new mock content! This is very concerning as it can lead to mistakes in mockups if already established, untouched content is being overriden automatically. AI should not touch cells that are not being changed by extending or shrinking the slot, especially because the user doesn’t expect it - I don’t expect for the AI to touch my set con

I am working on creating a prototype. Uploaded my PRD as well as the specs for individual screens. But Figma Make is not able to generate the UI. All I can see is a spinner. I have wasted good amount of credits which I am not getting back. Initially I thought that I gave a lot of information causing Figma Make to hallucinate. So I created another new Draft where I uploaded the same PRD and asked figma to create only the login and dashboard page. Again the same issue. I see only the blank page with a spinner. This is really frustrating.

Hi everyone, I submitted my plugin (ID: 1613871404512183792) a couple of weeks ago, and since then, my page has just been showing the message: 'Only you can see it while your plugin is in review.’ I haven't received a single email or status update. Is it common for the review process to take this long without any communication? Has anyone else experienced a similar delay, or does anyone know how long it usually takes to get the review results in cases like this? I’d really appreciate any pointers or help with this.
