Need help to reduce the number of full seats at renewals (organization plan)

I completely understand why you want to remove your unused seats before your renewal date. Please note that you can only remove any unused seats from your account from your Billing overview page not the preview renewals tab. Thirty days before your annual renewal date (March 17th), you should have seen a Review seats banner in your Admin dashboard.

Since it sounds like you may have already clicked the banner, you can still access the modal from your Admin > Billing page. Click Review seats to adjust the total number of paid seats for the next term/date of renewal (April 17th). Hope this helps clarify!

thank you for the quick reply.

However, when I access the renewal banner, either from the home page or from the Admin > Billing page, I don't see a "review seat" button...
I've attached a screenshot: Clicking the "manage" button takes me to the "people" page.

However, the renewal banner doesn't have an "edit" button in the top right, as reported on the page you linked.

Furthermore, the renewal banner doesn't have the "edit" button for adjusting seats in the top right, as shown on the page you linked.

Could you help me figure out if I'm doing something wrong or if it's an issue with the admin console?

May I ask if your organization purchased Figma through an order form?

If so, your renewal experience may differ:

• You may only be able to review renewal details in Figma.
• Some changes, such as reducing seats or updating contract terms, may require a new order form.
• You may need to work with your Figma account team to make changes before the 30 day renewal period.

We do send reminder emails ahead of your renewal to help you plan though. That said, since your renewal is coming up quickly, I’ve created ticket #1835677 on your behalf to connect you with our support team. I’ve also had the same problem. We have been busy in the office and overlooked that banner. I also cant find the button to reduce the number of seats. When I talked to sales they kept telling me to have done it atleast 30 days before the renewal date. But the response I’ve read by figma support says 30-day window before the renewal date which gave me the impression that should be done within the 30 days before the renewal date.
