I took dev subscription by mistake and I want to cancel it. Please help me get refund.

Hello Figma Team,I’m a student at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design (Graphic and Web Design, expected graduation 2027). For my coursework, I need access to a project in Figma that my professor invited me to. Unfortunately, I’ve been completely blocked by SheerID’s broken verification process. Here’s what happened: I entered all my details correctly (school, program, dates, etc.). SheerID didn’t respond for days and then simply closed my case, saying they “were unable to process the request.” I offered multiple times to provide documents (passport, student ID, enrollment confirmation), even to join a video call - they just ignored this. I have reached out to Figma support several times, but every time I only get the same response: “Please contact SheerID.” But what am I supposed to do if SheerID does not reply and simply ignores my requests?   This is absolutely unprofessional behavior on SheerID’s side. But in the end, I want to use Figma, not SheerID - and that means Figm

If I have an element under an absolute in the layout, I can click on the element under that absolute, which is very annoying. I have multiple simultaneous clicks in my prototype.

Hi. I’m currently participating in a online bootcamp/school. The bootcamp admins asked for re-verification for all of us students but it’s still in the proces from Figma’s side. (Same as support tickets from the teachers)I tried to submit a support ticket myself, but was told to write here as I’m a student and don’t have a paid plan yet, so no direct support for me 😥The problem:Some of us students have warning that the education status has expired just on the left panel, some of us have it in yellow at the top panel and I myself and few other students are fully "locked" out of our homeworks and can only view thgem without being ablet do rest of them on time to get our marks.  We have last 10 days of our bootcamp and can’t finish it.Is there any way how to sort that kind of a problem? Thanks~

I’ve been working on a branch for some time and just went to merge it back into master but there’s no option to do so?  I’ve also realised that if i try to copy anything from the branch it doesn’t copy into a new figma file at all, neither can I copy into this branch from master or another figma file either. It’s like the branch itself is no longer there but it does appear in the list of all branches still… I can’t even create a new branch and copy it all over and merge it that way as it doesn’t let me copy the elements!  Has anyone come across this same issue?

In Figma Slides, when navigating to Grid view, you are able to configure the Page color. But when doing so, nothing changes. The background of the canvas remains #F5F5F5. It would be helpful to be able to differentiate the color of your slides from the background if the slide background is also #F5F5F5 (or a similar light grey).

All of our team members are facing issue in using figjam related to Memory issues asking to open in recovery mode only.We never faced this issue ever in Miro would really appreciate if there is an hack for this, tried multiple ways but can’t find the option to reduce memory.

We are currently encountering different behaviors between Plugin API and Rest API when exporting images. Under the Group node, there is a Vector node(node1) and a Rectangle node (node2) with opacity set to 0. When exporting images through the Plugin API's exportAsync method, regardless of whether useAbsoluteBounds is set to true or false, the export result is as follows: However, when using the Rest API at https://api.figma.com/v1/images/ to export images:When use_absolute_bounds is set to false, the result is: When use_absolute_bounds is set to true, the result is: It would be best if the export results of both APIs remain consistent with the REST API.

I think I found a bug. Sometimes the “Remove Interaction” button in the interactions disppears. I don’t know what exactly triggers it, but it’s been happening to me a few times. Only way to fix is to restart Figma. I couldn’t take a screen shot of my mouse, but when i hover over where the remove button would be, the tooltip comes up and when i click it does remove the interaction. just doesn’t show up!Specs:Device: Macbook ProVersion: Desktop App 125.7.5

Can I have all of my teams back to starter?I hope I don’t lose all my files! My edu account has expired.

Hello! Please fix this focus change from the tool we are working on to the file changes update status icon.We are typing, but as soon as the latest changes are disconnected or not synced with the server, the focus jumps to the unsaved changes icon, preventing us from continuing our work, and this happens a lot!In these cases, I have to wait for the changes to be saved or click the mouse again on the area I was working on to return the focus to that area and tool! And if there is any solution to solve my problem in Figma settings, so please let me know!

Every time I want to build my site, it’s preventing me from being able to center align with auto layout. It was working all this time until yesterday… How do I allow it revert back to the original status where I can center-align my sites without being pinged with warnings?

I need to have support for refund of our subscription since this will not be used anymore. We need assistance ASAP. Thanks.

When using dynamic strokes, the end point sometimes renders with a visible gap or an extended point, instead of rounded end. I believe this is a bug. Example of gap: Example of point:

I have unsubscribed my plan after a while I subscribed as a trial still it charged from my card. How to get the refund ?

I cannot register an account using my company email. I have checked all emails and settings, but I cannot receive the verification code. I can receive emails when submitting a ticket, but I cannot receive the verification code. The ticket instructed me to come here to resolve this conversation. I have two processing codes, and they asked me to contact you for a solution, which are 1542903 and 1542923. I cannot receive any verification code emails!!

I love Flides. I’m working on a 40-pages file right now and find it hard to browse for skipped slides. I’ll miss them more often than not. I think the designed changed recently?

I discovered an issue with components. Looks like when you create a NEW component but name it the same name of an older component, THEN delete the older component and want to publish/push the new component, it does not show up in your other design docs. Only when i renamed the new component to something like (componentname V2), republish your design library, then it would correctly show up in the new design docs as a valid replacement to the newly deleted component. What i expected to happen is when i deleted the original, old component and published with the new component, the instances would then update automatically.

I have been trying to get a simple Paypal Shopping cart setup with a simple admin and a simple storefront.I’ve been a web dev cobbler for 27 years. Seen it all, so please don’t consdescend when replying. The Figma Thing seems to be optimized for React and I have to babysit and tell it how to port the app to PHP.  You have short-sheeted the php side in favor of react and it's f u c k i n g killing my ability to get anything done.I will probably not be here next month as you give some "we we decided ...." .. or "we dont think ... " response, or “the interns writing all this are out getting participation trophies so they don’t really have time to look into it, good luck we wish the best on your future endeavors” - stuff I have heard from corporate drones since 1983 when I first got into this business, so save it for the children who write your apps.Turn after turn of repeat code that is not actually fixed. Then insult me with “100% Operational” when it is not.Stupid apologetics and “WOW I

Dear all, am I mistaken, or is it really not possible in Figma to define a font color for a font style? That's a basic feature. Why isn't it possible?Or is it possible after all?

It keeps showing merging, and I dare not close it for fear that the file cannot be restored
