I accidentally subscribed to the student plan with my personal email and not the school’s one.can I transfer my plan to the other account? please help me😭

When I invite a new user to a Figma team and give them access to the entire project and its folders, the folder contents are not displayed consistently. Some folders appear completely empty, while others only show some of the files. In some cases, all files are visible as expected. The user has editing access to the team/project, but they still cannot see all of the files and folders they should have access to.As a workaround, I have to manually invite the user to individual folders again, even though they already have editing access at the team/project level.

i keep getting "fetch failed" on every generation attempt, no matter which model i use or if i replace/delete the input image. also restarted weavy and it doesn't help.

Hello,I would like to request a refund for my most recent Figma charge (Invoice S8TCCPLQ-0002, issued October 12, 2026, total $44).I did not intend to purchase additional paid seats and was not aware that the seat changes would result in these additional charges. I expected my subscription cost to remain similar to the previous month, so the $44 charge was unexpected.I am a university student and this unexpected charge is a significant financial burden for me. I would greatly appreciate it if you could review the charge and issue a refund, particularly for the unintended additional seat charges.I would also like to remove any unintended paid seats so that I am not charged for them again next month.Thank you for your help.

실수로 다른 멤버를 full seat 로 올려버렸습니다. 즉시 삭제했는데 환불이 되는지 여쭤보고 싶습니다.I accidentally upgraded another member to a Full seat. I removed it immediately, and I'd like to ask whether I can get a refund.

I built a Figma companion plugin that allows an external hardware controller to interact with the Figma canvas (create shapes, align layers, toggle visibility, export images, etc.) via localhost HTTP.It was rejected with the reason: “not able to approve apps that overlap with native capabilities in the Figma MCP server” and suggested using the use_figma tool. However, the MCP server is not a viable alternative for this use case:OAuth is restricted to approved AI clients only (Claude, Cursor, VS Code, etc.). Custom applications cannot request the mcp:connect scope. The local desktop MCP server is read-only — use_figma is not available. The REST API cannot write to the canvas. My plugin is not an AI tool — it’s a hardware device integration. The companion plugin architecture (Plugin API + localhost HTTP) is currently the only way for a non-AI external application to write to the Figma canvas. Is there an alternative pathway for hardware integration plugins? Or is there a way to request MCP

Hi everyone! I’ve been accepted for Config, but I registered using my previous company’s email and Figma account. I’ve since moved companies and can no longer access that account to update my registration, email, and company details for the event badge.Has anyone run into a similar situation? Were you able to get your registration details updated? Would appreciate any pointers. Thanks!

I just want to reinforce what Luis posted last year, since I agree 100% with him. Original thread:  It would be incredibly helpful if there were a way to include a rejection reason when declining a Figma seat upgrade request.I frequently receive upgrade notifications from across the organization, and in most cases, the requestors are unaware that there's an internal approval process they need to follow, such as submitting a request through our IT department rather than requesting directly via Figma.Lately, this has become quite challenging to manage. When I reject these requests, I often receive frustrated follow-up emails from users who don’t understand why their upgrade was denied. Being able to provide a brief explanation at the time of rejection would save time, reduce confusion, and help streamline communication. Thanks for considering this!

Your brand library is in Figma. So is the latest approved campaign.Your team knows where to find the right logo and who signed off on the design. Then you’re asked to turn that work into a printed brochure. If you’re a small team, “just use InDesign” can mean getting another software purchase approved and finding someone who knows the tool. You already have Figma seats, and the designer doing the work is comfortable there. There’s also the second set of assets to maintain. Figma is your source of truth: the place your team keeps the approved brand assets. Moving to another layout tool means deciding which files to bring over and keeping track of later changes. We think teams should be able to keep that starting point. The missing pieces show up when the design needs print setup or starts behaving like a publication.I’m part of the team behind Printery. We started with Printery for Figma in 2025, adding print setup and export options such as bleed, crop marks and CMYK output. Other print p

Hello,I am requesting a full refund for the annual Figma Professional subscription that was charged to my account by mistake. My intention was to subscribe on a monthly basis, but I accidentally selected the annual billing option. I canceled the subscription as soon as I realized the mistake and have not intended to commit to an annual plan.I understand that Figma’s general policy states that subscription payments are non-refundable. However, this was clearly an accidental purchase, and I am asking that my case be reviewed as an exception.I would like the annual charge to be reversed in full. I am still willing to continue using Figma under a monthly subscription, but I do not agree to the annual billing that was processed unintentionally. Please escalate this request to the appropriate billing specialist and confirm whether a full refund can be issued.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.Best regards,Krista

현재 학생요금제를 사용중인데 요금이 결제되었습니다. 환불과 이후 결제가 되지않게 조치 부탁드립니다. I'm using the student plan, and the charge has been processed. Please arrange for a refund and ensure the payment is not processed.

Unsure if this would be considered a bug or feedback but it’s impossible to write words including the letter “n” within the text properties of components in Figma Buzz’s design mode tab in Asset view. The moment I type “n,” it immediately moves to the next frame instead of updating the text property or allowing me to continue typing. Editing the text directly in the canvas does not cause this issue, but it is frustrating to work around and troubleshoot for non-designer collaborators who are more comfortable using the properties panel instead of directly editing the text object.

Hello Figma Support,My ticket number is #2188354.I recently settled two bills on my account yesterday. The total amounts were higher than we expected, and we acknowledge this was our oversight and have completed the payment. My main concern: after making these payments, an upcoming annual bill dated December 17 still appears on my account. We originally ordered 4 seats, but we only need 2 seats in practice. We do not require the extra seats covered by this upcoming annual charge.I’m reaching out to request one of the two options below:Cancel this upcoming annual bill; OR Switch our subscription to monthly billing, so we are only charged for the months we have utilized.Could you please help review my account and advise how to proceed?(screenshot redacted by the moderator due to PII)Thanks

I am writing to request a refund for a duplicate charge on my account. I noticed that I was billed twice for the same subscription period. Here are the details of the transactions:Account Email: (redacted by the moderator due to PII) Invoice ID 1 (First Charge): MHZTNSZF-0005 Invoice ID 2 (Duplicate Charge): MHZTNSZF-0004 Transaction Date: [October 9, 2026] Total Amount Billed twice: [$22.00,$12.46]It seems to be a system error or an accidental duplicate subscription. Since this is an un-intended double payment, I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and process a refund for the duplicate charge.I have also attached the payment receipts/screenshots for your reference.Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your prompt response.Best regards,

原本创建图片我可以选择现在的画布把画布变成一张图片 直接选择就可以生成快照 现在我必须先导出这个画布 然后再给想他要编辑的图片添加参考图！好麻烦啊！！

I've been experimenting with multiple video fills in a fairly longer than average Figma Motion composition (2-3min). Thanks to the workaround from another thread, I've managed to get videos playing in the final export by adding two rotation keyframes. However, video synchronization still seems to be an issue. For example, I have a 141s video that's supposed to start at 0:00 when its layer appears at 32.14s in the composition. Instead, Figma starts playing the footage roughly 32 seconds into the original video, as though it's following the overall composition timeline rather than the individual layer's timing. It also unexpectedly loops later on randomly somewhere you don’t wanted.I've tried adjusting layer duration, opacity (0% → 100% with Hold easing), and Position/Rotation keyframes without success.Of course, Motion is still in Beta, but having independent playback controls for video fills (at least a start time, offset, trimming, or looping) would be incredibly helpful for more compl

Hi guys, I subscribed to figma not because I just wanted to use Figma Make. I thought the AI worked for designs as well, just like https:sleek.design, but unfortunately for me, what is made, can’t be edited on Figma Design. How do I cancel this subscribtion. It’s been taking almost £22 from my account monthly - no matter what I do.Many thanks.Abe

I moved to Linux ages ago and if I’m honest I am nothing but dissapointed with the lack of support. Linux needs a native application for stuff like fonts and ease of use, and the design team doesn’t seem to care. It’s been proven that Linux is eating Windows’ lunch and that adaptation is needed, do they think that Linux is so open source that people will steal their app? That’s not how that works. The only reason I use other tools such as Lunacy, Inkscape and GIMP is because Figma isn’t supported, and that fact also prevents me from spending any money on a subscription from them. How the hell can we convince these people to make AND PROPERLY MAINTAIN a native Linux application. It just has to be a Flatpak on Flathub. That’s all. But no, it looks like the company worth 11.7 Billion just can’t figure out how to wrap a LITERAL WEB APP and give it desktop features as a Flatpak… disappointing and deterring.

Now that the glass effect has been released (which, by the way, is amazing), it's time to remember the 9-slice feature, which still has not been implemented natively. I'm talking about functionality similar to what exists in Unity. In this system, an image is marked with guides — without being sliced into separate parts — so that it can be stretched without distorting the corners. Unity, by the way, allows not only stretching the middle sections but also tiling them. Yes, it's possible to achieve this functionality now using plugins in Figma, but all of them work by slicing the image into parts, which makes updating these images complicated. It's often easier to create a new one than to edit an existing one.Since this functionality is very common in game development and mobile game design, it would be great to have compatibility with Unity for this feature. That way, the same image could be used both in Unity and Figma. This would greatly simplify the pipelines and effectiveness of gam

The paymente did not get through as my previous card is not active anymore, but I need you to stop sending warning email as I have downgraded my plans to free and I should not be charged anyway

Hello Figma Support,I’m a design student from the Netherlands and like many of my peers, I’ve been using Figma’s Professional plan through the free educational program.Unfortunately, I believe I didn’t complete the student verification process correctly, as I assumed my university email address would be sufficient. As a result, I was unexpectedly charged €185.Initially, the payment couldn’t be processed due to insufficient funds on my card, which caused my Figma files, including my Master’s thesis work, to become inaccessible. However, once funds were available again, the €185 was automatically charged to my card.My student status has been verified now, and I completely understand that the mistake was on my end. Still, I wanted to kindly ask if there might be any possibility of receiving a refund. I would be incredibly grateful if you could make an exception in this case.I’d really appreciate your understanding and any help you can offer!Thank you in advance.Best,Philipp Hohnerlein

I’d like to organize the left-hand “Pages” panel by adding color codes to each page. (Think how Mac’s OSX Finder allows you to add colored circles to individual files.) Additionally, Pages should have the ability to be sorted into groups within a parent folder. (Think how you can make groups in Photoshop’s layers panel) This feature will make it easier for my team to organize our Experience Library file. Users need to be able to scan the Pages quickly. I’ve attached an example of what the color coding could look like.

For a change of 10 Variables - the Agent used +1300 Credits (+Error in first run, consuming 800 Credits)! Its a total use of +2000 Credits for - 1 Prompt - that is rather a low effort/severity. Its nearly half the amount of the monthly budget of 4250 credits.Whats your experiences?

Hello Figma Support Community, I’m seeking urgent assistance with a billing issue that has remained unresolved for several months.I previously worked for an organization that recently deleted my work email address. Unfortunately, that email was associated with the account I used to purchase a subscription for accessing the MCP server. Since the email was deleted, I’ve lost access to the account and the service I’m paying for, yet I continue to be charged $25 per month for a subscription I cannot access or use.I’ve effectively been paying for a service that is inaccessible to me for several months, and this needs to be resolved as soon as possible. This is an ongoing financial issue, and I cannot continue paying for a service I have no way of accessing. Could someone from the Figma support team please escalate this matter and advise me on the next steps? Thank you for your prompt attention. I’m looking for a concrete resolution rather than continued billing without access to the service.
