big problem with my student account

Your education status is tied to the email address you verify with, and that needs to be your school-issued email. Since it looks like it landed on your personal account, our Education team can look into moving it over to your school email.
 

Please fill out the Request to Move Figma Edu Status form. On the last question, answer “No”, since you’re moving to your school email, not away from it.
Requests are reviewed weekly, so it may take a little while. In the meantime, I’d hold off on deleting either account or changing the email on it.
