Hello,I’ve written to Figma’s Product Support team but received no answer. We are currently experiencing ongoing issues with faculty access to our institutional Education Team, which is now affecting our ability to properly run the UI module of our diploma programme.At the beginning of the academic year, some external lecturers were able to access the Education plan without any issues. However, this is no longer working.We understand that external email addresses cannot be granted access to an institutional Education Team linked to a university domain. That said, we are now facing a second issue:Several lecturers who already have an active institutional account are unable to obtain Faculty verification within Figma Education, even after:– Activating their university account (email and intranet access)– Logging into the university system prior to accessing Figma (SSO)– Applying for Education access using their edu.es address– Submitting an official verification letter digitally signed b

I would like to inquire about my eligibility for the Figma Education Plan. I am currently enrolled as a student in a university and are currently logged in to Figma with my university account email. I am also ready to provide more information if needed. I tried signing up using the SheerID verification, but it keeps getting rejected with no clear reason why. I have also contacted their support team about this, and their reply is just this message with no further instructions: "We were unable to process your verification request. While we can't offer further details or support for this specific inquiry, please ensure all information submitted is accurate and meets the eligibility criteria for future attempts. Your ticket has now been permanently closed." Moreover, after the above email, I am no longer able to submit another application. Dear Figma Support, I deleted my teams and clicked "Send restore email" many times, but I have NOT received any restore email in my inbox, spam, trash, promotions, or any other folders. I have checked everything and the email is missing. I have some linking issues that I need help with. I have a paragraph of text and within that paragraph I have highlighted some text to make links to external web pages. Some links work fine because they are only on 1 line, but the other links that span multiple lines of text only work on the first line/row of text when exported to PDF. The other rows beyond the first row do not export as links, but are still underlined like a link would be. They look and work fine in Figma, but lose the link on second and third rows when exported to PDF. I’ve even tried making each row its own link and that doesn’t work either.Odd thing is that exporting the file last week worked just fine with these multiline links but now they don’t work. I don’t recall doing any updates to Figma, but could have been one of those “update on next launch” things that happened. Hopefully this makes sense and that someone else has seen this before. And thanks in advance for any help.

Hello there, I have been creating a Figma Make project and before everything was working fine. But now my project does not connect with my original Supabase project. Although even in Make file settings it shows the project is connected to a Supabase account. And that too the correct project. The displaying project is mine, but in code it is an unusual Supabase project name entered.When i try to change that, Figma Make prompts that this action is controlled by Figma and cannot be changed.
Hello Figma Support Team, I am facing an issue with one of our company’s Figma accounts and I need your assistance. This account was previously managed by a developer who worked at our company, but he has since left. Currently, I am unable to change the email address associated with the account. Whenever I try to change the password, the system indicates that the password is incorrect. The only way I can access the account is by signing in using “Continue with Google” with the same email. Additionally, when I attempt to change the password, disable security settings, or make any account changes, I am asked to enter the current password, which is always rejected as incorrect. I kindly request your help to: Remove or reset any existing security restrictions on the account Assist me in changing the email address to a new company-controlled email Please let me know if you require any verification or documentation to confirm ownership of the account. When I go back to old links, it says that they are expired and I need to try again. I am working on a Macbook Pro 14 inch running on macOS Tahoe 26.1When I try to open my Figma desktop app through my doc I get this pop up and the app will not open:I then try to open the app through my Finder > Applications folder but I get the same error pop up. I am able to access my Figma files through my browser but when I try to open a file through the desktop app nothing happens and this pop up appears again. I uninstalled the desktop app from my computer and reinstalled it which allowed me to open my desktop app, but after closing the desktop app and then trying to open it again this pop up appeared and it seems the only way I am able to get the desktop app running again is to do the uninstall/reinstall method.
Hello Figma Support Team,I canceled my Pro plan earlier today. My account is now showing as a Starter plan, and I no longer have access to Pro features. However, I was charged $15.96 on February 24 at 23:08 (KST).Since I have been charged but do not have access to Pro features, this appears to be a billing or system error. Please review my account and issue a refund as soon as possible.
I can't open the built-in plugins that are in the "Plugins and widgets" tab. I checked both on the web version and on the desktop, the same thing, although the figure is updated automatically. I use the free version, everything was always fine.
Hello, I’ve been working on my online clothing store catalog (view-only, no add-to-cart or payment options) on Figma Sites for the past few weeks, and it’s now in the final phase. I’ve published the website, and everything works perfectly except for the product images. Here is the link to my prototype: https://akaipieces.com. For now, only the NEW IN button works. When you click NEW IN, a list of products appears. If you select a product, everything works fine. However, when you go back to the product list and choose another item, the images don’t load the first time. They only appear after refreshing the page. This happens with every subsequent product. I’m using the CMS system to manage information for 25 products. Has anyone experienced this issue before? I’ve tried everything I can think of, but the bug is still there. I signed up for Figma using my school-issued email address and have attempted the student verification process twice. Unfortunately, both attempts were unsuccessful(I don’t know why.. I submitted my school ID photo), and now I receive a message saying that I have exceeded the verification attempt limit. I contacted SheerID for assistance, but they informed me that they are unable to help further. Therefore, I am reaching out here to request direct support from the Figma team. Could you please reset my verification attempts so I can submit the correct documents? If that is not possible, may I try the student verification again using a different email address that is not my school email?

I create a group for the class with my students and there are problems for the verification in some cases, because they need documentation. I invite my students by mail and the account is institutional in all cases (University of A Coruña). I need that my students can use this application for realize a prototype in a practice class and it’s a problem!! I need solution asap.
I’m trying to paste my prompts into figma make but it creates this text widget/document How do I turn this off?Before I was just pasting the prompt and clicking enter. Now that does not work, I need to write something bellow.I almost never write prompts here, I alway paste them, they come directly from Claude or GPT where I have specific projects for prompt creation, with guardrails and specific configurations.Please help me turn this off.

I can’t get my student plan approved, I need it for my upcoming course in Uni. I’ve tried and failed in verifying my account with all sorts of documents while my peers in the same major and course didn’t encounter any troubles (I submitted the same documents they had).I’ve reached out to SheerID support and they couldn’t offer me any help - “After a deeper look into your request, we are sorry to inform you that we are unable to verify your status at this time. Because our system could not validate the information provided—and due to the nature of our verification platform—we are not able to offer further details or manual assistance for this specific request” was the reply I received. I’ve also contacted education@figma.com but haven’t received any confirmation that my mail has been received. I’m more than willing to send my files to any support team to be manually reviewed, since SheerID support couldn’t. Again I would really appreciate any support from Figma. Thank you for reading.

I cannot publish my work anymore. It says “Publish was unsuccessful - try again later or contact support”. Is this related?I have the same issue as well as Update attempt was unsuccessful. It worked fine until this morning.
