Verification Limit Exceeded for Figma Student Plan — Need Help Resetting Verification

Hi Figma Support Team,

I received the error message: "Verification Limit Exceeded. We're glad you're enthusiastic, but it looks like you've already redeemed or attempted to redeem this offer."

I understand that you've hit the verification attempt limit on the Figma Education access. This part of the process is handled by our verification partner, SheerID, so they're the right team to help get this unblocked for you.

You can reach their dedicated Figma support team at figmasupport@sheerid.com and let them know you've reached the attempt limit. They'll be able to reset it so you can continue verifying with your institution email. Hope that gets you sorted quickly!
