Request to modify seat count on past due invoice #5F3CC69C-0027

  • Hello, we received a past due invoice (#5F3CC69C-0027) for 4 seats on our Professional annual plan. However, our team actually only uses 2 seats, and the other 2 were unassigned seats that we did not intend to renew.
    The system does not allow us to reduce the seat count on this past due invoice ourselves. Could you please modify this invoice to 2 seats ($384.00) so that we can make the payment immediately? Thank you.

We’re unable to help with account-specific billing issues here in the forum, so I just created a ticket for you with our support team. You should receive that via email shortly. I also recommend reviewing our article on managing billing on the professional plan - that’ll help you avoid getting into a situation like this in the future when managing seats.
