Hey @kethyliu, thanks for reaching out!

I can see you're getting a "Something went wrong" error across your Figma Make files, along with a "Live preview failed" message.

Here are some steps to try, based on our Troubleshoot in Figma Make guide:

  1. Click Try again in the error message and wait a moment before prompting again.
  2. Click Refresh preview at the top of the preview, then check if the issue clears.
  3. Refresh the page and try your prompt again.
  4. Duplicate one of the affected Figma Make files and try prompting in the copy — this can help rule out file-specific issues.
  5. If the AI's responses feel off-track after a long session, try clearing your chat context — it resets the AI's memory for the file without duplicating it.

If none of those help, I'd recommend getting a support ticket open so we can take a closer look. You can open a ticket via Support hub. When you do, it would help to:

  • Share the affected Figma Make file with support-share@figma.com (set to "Can view") so our team can investigate.
  • Include one of the error IDs, you can copy it using the copy icon in the error message.

Let me know if any of the steps above help, happy to keep troubleshooting here in the meantime!
