Hi,

A colleague of mine tried to reset her password but did not receive the reset email, and she is now locked out of Figma.

Would it be okay for me to share her name and email address so we can get support for her account?

For privacy and security reasons, they’ll need to contact us directly through the Support Hub so the team can take a closer look at their account.

To do this:

  1. Go to the Support Hub
  2. Click Start a chat
  3. Describe the issue and follow the prompts
