Hi I am trying to download some of my work as an offline copy, and figma is blocking it saying that it needs to verify that i am not a bot. When i try to verify using captcha, it says Temporary Error, please try again. i restarting browser and log out and log in, it has not worked. please see the screenshot
So when clicking Edit Code from an original ‘Make’, I see in the chat it says ‘What’s next for your design?’.Issue / JourneyI start typing some new commands > It generates some thoughts / reasoning > works on the file > relays its thoughts > suddenly jumps back to ‘What’s next for your design?’ with no previous chat showing or the current responce, just silence.TroubleshootingI’ve tried quitting/reopening Figma desktop but no luck.I’ve tried doing the exact same in a browser but same issue.I’ve tried starting fresh and creating a new Make project with a simple request, does the same thing.Do I need to clear cache? Am I limited to 3,000 AI credits ( although that doesn’t start until 18th March )?
Hello! I’ve been generating pictures in Figma for a year after purchasing a Professional Seat. Since yesterday AI doesn’t generate any picture when I attach a reference one. None of models. I tried with all versions of Gemini and GPT Image but it didn’t generate anything. I’ve recorded a screenvideo to show how it happens. The generation proces starts and in the end it doesn’t make anything, none of new fills in a square/ rectangle and none error windows. What can be a problem and how can I fix it? I work in the desktop app and already cleared the cache, it didn’t solve the problem.

I don't understand why my account was suspended. I was only using Figma Make and then I was logged out. Please restore it and give me a reason.
I'm not sure if I'm part of an A/B test or something like that, but my menu keeps updating every day and key options like Auto Layout keep disappearing.I'd like to go back to the regular version, because I can't work normally with these changes constantly appearing and disappearing.Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?
One of my Figma Make files has overlapping text in the prompting panel (Desktop App / macOS) that I can’t read. Even a copy of the file has the same garbled text.

Hi figma! Huge problem with figma make in all projectes in “figma sites”Every promt i do in every projected just crashes out and it’s like nothing happened.So you see figma make coding and right at the moment it has to show something in the preview (still in the figma make screen) it’s back to zero .. Deleted cash, tried different browsers , desktop app, in every project! Please help!
Hello,I’m having trouble with verification with my education account. I created it with my schools edu email account and had it verified on September 10th, 2025, but it is now asking me to verify again and it is giving me the “Verification Limit Exceeded” error. I contacted SheerID and they said it was verified on their side and that I need to reach out to education@figma.com, and I did but have not gotten a response or even confirmation that they got my email. I recently noticed a charge on my account in the amount of $150.87 for a plan that I did not subscribe to or authorize on Figma. I would like to request that you review this charge, as well as issue a refund for the amount charged incorrectly. I also kindly ask that this plan be cancelled immediately, since I did not choose or approve this subscription.

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction, as I'm not sure who to contact directly about a billing issue.I run an agency and due to cashflow reasons, I need to switch from my yearly subscription to a monthly plan. However, I can't seem to find a way to make that switch within Figma itself. On top of that, my latest invoice just charged me 192 EUR for the yearly subscription which I'd like to request a refund for. Could anyone point me to the right support channel to get this sorted? I have attempted to verify my status through SheerID nearly 10 times with my official Enrollment Confirmation (CoE) and student ID, but unfortunately, the automated system was unable to process them. After reaching out to SheerID support, I was informed that they are unable to provide further manual assistance, and my account now shows 'Verification Limit Exceeded.' When are the Figma Learn videos going to be updated to reflect the recent Figma UI changes and features? I’m try to refresh my understanding of components and variants and it’s difficult to follow along with the videos when they no longer reflect the present day. Are there alternative videos out there?

Hi Figma team and community,I'm experiencing a consistent issue with Figma Make when used within Figma Sites. Every time I try to create or edit a Figma Make component in my Sites file, the same thing happens:I write a prompt Figma Make responds and starts building the component Right before it finishes, the page refreshes The prompt and all the work disappearsThis issue is occurring on: My original Figma Sites file A duplicated copy of that file New Figma Sites fileOther context: Regular Figma Make works fine for me I have available credits Tested prompting in desktop app and web browser and the same problem occurred Has anyone else experienced this? They provide us the opportunity to learn with Figma Education plans.I contacted the Administration on 8th February 2026 and they said that they have sent you a submitted questionnaire from me regarding an access to Figma Education Plan. And to wait for email from you. So far I don't have any received email from your side. I contacted the Support on Friday - 20th February 2026, but I didn't hear back from them either. I guess I addressed the wrong support. Hope you can resolve my issue and to hear from you soon.
