Lost files

I will do some preliminary digging. Can you give me some information about the files?

• Were you the owner of these files, or were they owned by another user that had shared them with you?
• If you were the owner of the file, did you share edit access to the files with any other members of your team?
• Can you provide me the name of the team that each of these files lived in?

If I'm not mistaken I was the only owner of these files, and didn't share edit access to the files with any other members? It was my own team, name is Анастасия Левченкo's team. But I was the only member of this team. So nobody could delete it anyway 

Thank you for the info -- so from what I have visibility into, it does look like these files were deleted. I’m also seeing that, prior to deletion, they weren’t actually under “Анастасия Левченкo's team” -- they were housed under a different one.

Unfortunately, I’m not able to provide an answer on what exactly happened. I would highly recommend getting in touch with our support team for further assistance.

 it does look like these files were deleted - they definitely weren’t deleted by me.
they weren’t actually under “Анастасия Левченкo's team” -- but I was the only owner. and I have only one account, no more accs in Figma. Moreover, if they were deleted, why can’t I see them in the trash?
