? has figma updated.. multiple errors on previously perfect protype

To get to the bottom of this, could you share a bit more detail?

1. Are you seeing any specific error messages? If so, what do they say?
2. Which features have stopped working, for example, are interactions not triggering, is data not persisting between frames, or is something else going wrong?
3. Is this happening in the browser, the desktop app, or both?
4. Is it affecting all your files, or just this specific prototype?
5. What OS and device are you on?
6. Could you share a screenshot or screen recording of what you're seeing? That'll help a lot in narrowing this down.

Briefly it’s a dashboard for hospital use with various areas identified in boxes inc staff assignments and various alerts.

So far 

Staff database error - no longer stored previously complete database - no longer upload new database or allocations with xls template.

manually assigned works but does not save, all sorts of other options for alerts,  do not save or function any more or translate to mobile device ie if I change something (a function) it no longer is the same in mobile - prev mirrors identically what was on desktop. It looks the same but functions are limited. How do I share the file? 
 

I’ve just checked the notes - it suggests might be repeated 404s in all the areas that I mention due to runtime errors in “my new code” , it appears the front isn’t talking to the back. Seems to suggest a server change from the original when referring to supabase.. has anything been updated relating to this causing the error?

To help them move quickly, could you share the following in the ticket?

1. Your Figma Make file link, shared with support-share@figma.com at "Can view" access (we can't take file links here on the public forum)
2. Any error IDs you've seen, along with roughly when each one appeared
3. Roughly when things were last working as expected, and when you first noticed the change
4. Whether this happens in the browser, the desktop app, or both
