Hi Figma team, I have been having problems with the education plan, i applied in February for the plan and ran into some problems so I contacted the SheerID support team. They were able to verify that I am indeed eligible for the plan. My problem now is that my account still shows that I’m still on the free plan.I have already submitted a support ticket and sent an email to the email provided by SheerID for the support team, I have yet to recieve an answer on either of these.I was wondering if someone could help me here, i have verification info for SheerID if this would be needed.Thank you so much in advance
Hi everyone,I am experiencing an issue with the Figma Sites CMS that started today, despite everything working perfectly yesterday. I have a CMS list where the first item I click directs me to the correct page, but when I try to access a second (different) item from the list, the page continues to display the content of the first item.Even though the URL in the browser address bar is correct and reflects the slug of the second item, the page itself fails to render the new data and remains stuck on the previous content. This seems to be a significant rendering glitch as no changes were made to the setup between it working yesterday and failing today.I would like to request urgent assistance from the Figma Support team to look into this behavior, as it is currently breaking the navigation and functionality of my CMS collections.Thank you for your help.
There is no visual indication on a frame that has been inverted and rotated that the inner positioning is then inverted even if all other settings are normal. This requires a rebuild of the entire frame and reinsertion of all its components, which is terrible if it is already a component
As mention, I had a component set with some variants. I deleted some, kept 3 and made some changes in file i’m using as a library. When I’m on another file where i’m using the library I still see the old component. With the variants that I deleted and only some of the changes I made. If I import an instance and click to open the main components it either tells me the isntance i’m looking for has been deleted (so why is it showing it to me?) or if I’m using one that I changed but I still see the old one, if click to open the main component it goes to the right file and show me the right component updated as it should be. So the link between the file works. Is just refusing to update the component. I close figma multiple times. I tried desktop app on Mac and tried the browser. I deleted the cache. I use the trouble shooting > reset and restart figma and nothing. it’s just not working. You guys really need to focus to not make this things happens rather than coming up with new featur
I keep trying to update the Payment details in our Admin account, but the info is not saving, and I’m not sure if it will charge the card I added.How do I make sure our quarterly invoice is paid without interrupting service?

I’ve created a simple CMS collection and added a CMS list to my site’s homepage. When clicking into either of the CMS items (labeled case studies), the page loads but none of the CMS content. I have to manually refresh the page and only then content loads. When I inspect the page, the content is there, it’s just not being displayed.Furthermore when a user is on a CMS item page, and attempts to click the logo in the nav bar to access the homepage, the CMS list that loads only displays a single item listing (which doesn't retain styling , nor imagery). Can someone help figure out how to resolve?
Hello everyone,I have been experiencing an issue with some of my components mainly Inputs and Dropdowns, they reset back to default when hovering and when clicking them. I built them about 3 weeks ago and they were working perfectly until today. These are screenshot of the issue:Figma Version: Figma Desktop App version 125.10.8Operating System: Windows 11 24H2I thought the problem was that I’m using them inside a Slot I placed in a side modal, but checking the project looks like many of the instances are broken, in forms, modals and other frames, except in the “UI KIT page” (where I built them). I also tried building everything again but it keeps happening randomly. This happens when playing the prototype on the Figma desktop app and the Chrome navegator when I’m logged in, it doesn’t show when playing it on the Chrome Incognito window or logged out. Please help me find a solution to this issue, it seems like a genuine bug from the Figma System, perhaps a new update starting the year

Hi Figma community,I've been experiencing an issue with the Point & Edit feature it gets stuck in a loading state and never resolves.Steps to reproduce1. Click on the Point & Edit feature in Figma2. The loading state triggers ("Live preview loading, interactions may not be saved")3. It stays stuck indefinitely : mine has been loading for over 2 hoursWhat I've tried- Reloading the page- Logging out and back in- Waiting it out still stuckNothing has worked so far. The rest of the editor seems functional, but Point & Edit is completely unusable.Environment- Tried in both browser as well as in AppHas anyone else run into this? Hello, I’ve tried to verify my student status through SheerID, but it does not work properly. Every time I upload something, I get an error that says:“The document is insufficient for establishing eligibility for this offer.”I’ve submitted the two documents that they suggested, my transcript and a tuition reciept, with my full name, the school’s name, and the date (current academic year/the current date). My school ID does not contain an expiration date, so I couldn’t do that.I’m not sure what’s wrong; I’ve emailed SheerID support, and they’ve been unhelpful with a copy-and-paste message that says they can’t help me. My entire Allure project, which I've been working on for two years, suddenly disappeared... It's neither in the drafts section nor in the trash section...I see on the forum that this figma error is common and I'm not the only one facing this problem... I messaged @Celine_, who is a kind of figma support as far as I understand, and she gave me a link where I can send my request for help, but no one is really helping... they keep telling me to check the trash section and stuff like that.. Hello, I’m experiencing errors across all of my Figma Make prototypes. Each file now shows warnings or errors, even though most of them previously worked without any issues.Before making major changes, I usually duplicate the file as a backup. These backups and duplicates were working perfectly fine until last week. Since then, I’ve started seeing warnings and errors across all of them.Additionally, the bar charts are not loading properly. They appear for a split second and then disappear.Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what might be causing this?
Hello Figma Support Forum,I’m reaching out because I’m unable to publish a second Figma Site even though my workspace is on the Professional plan.I successfully published my first site without any issues. However, when I attempt to publish a second site, I receive a prompt asking me to upgrade my plan.Here are the steps I’ve already taken to troubleshoot: Confirmed the site file is in my Professional workspace (not in Drafts or a free workspace) Copied the content from my free workspace into a new site created directly in the Professional workspace Tried duplicating the site file and publishing the duplicate Confirmed my account has editor access in the workspace Logged out and back in and cleared my browser cache Confirmed it happens on both desktop and web app Despite these steps, the publish button still prompts me to upgrade.Could you please help me understand why the second site cannot be published and whether there is a limit or configuration issue affecting my workspac

A user reported that several people in her contact list have received this email today and she doesn’t even have a Figma account. Was there a recent compromise to Figma’s system? If not, what is causing this? Emails are being sent from Figma’s domain, no-reply@mail.figma.com. See attachment for more information. Need to know what caused this and how to prevent future emails like this.

I am not sure exactly what has changed, but in the last few weeks Figma Make has felt less like a sandbox that resets completely upon refresh and more like an actual application where things persist – which is often not what you want when using it for prototyping. I’m finding myself having to build ‘reset data’ buttons into prototypes to achieve the same ephemeral effect that used to be the default. I’m correct in thinking something has changed right? I think there should be controls to choose when localstorage gets purged, what gets cached and when, etc
