Error when trying to run a plugin created via agents/tools or "native" plugins

Hi!

I'm having trouble running a native plugin or the ones I tried creating with agents. When I click "Run," I just get an error snackbar saying: "An error occurred while running this plugin."

When I open the console, I see the following error:

downloadAndSeedCustomToolArtifact: download failed

With error code 403 (Forbidden).

What could be causing this? Does my administrator need to change something?

Hi @Gustavo_Lopes , Celine from the Community Support team at Figma here! Thanks for sharing those details.

Just to check: are you trying to run the generated plugin in the same file where it was created, or are you trying to run it from a different file?

Generative plugins currently exist in the file where they were created, so if you're trying to run it from another file, that may explain the error.

If you're seeing this error while running the plugin in the same file it was created in, please let me know and I'll create a support ticket on your behalf so our team can investigate further.

Hi, @Celine_ !

Right, I tried running the plugin on the same file where I created the generative plugin. Even Figma's own plugins aren't running here.

Thanks for confirming, @Gustavo_Lopes  Since you're running the generative plugin in the same file where it was created, and Figma's own plugins aren't running either, this doesn't sound expected.

I've gone ahead and created a support ticket on your behalf so our team can investigate further. Please keep an eye on your inbox, and when you receive the support email, please reply with any additional details that may help, such as the affected file URL, a screenshot or screen recording, and the console error you shared here. For reference, your case number is 1992696, sent to your email address: guxxx.xxxda@n...x.axxxm.br. Thanks for your patience!
