Hyejin Han

Hello

Since an error occurred in the Figma Agent, the following error message appears every time I try to use it:

"something went wrong, try again"

It is displayed along with an error UUID ID.

The error IDs I have received so far are as follows:

95214713-4dfc-4e39-9a97-ac8aa9ab86a3

9ef47a0a-baaf-45cd-8e4b-be8bcc705e00

Other functions in Figma are working normally, but the "A problem occurred" UUID error appears in the Figma Agent.

I would appreciate your help or verification. Thank you!

Hey @Hyejin Han, thanks for reaching out!

Since the error ID changes between attempts, this is likely tied to something more specific happening in that session rather than a global issue. A few things to try first:

  1. Click Retry on the failed response, if it's still there.
  2. Refresh the file and try your prompt again.
  3. Start a new thread using the + button in the top right corner of the chat — this clears out anything that might be stuck from a previous session.

If the error keeps showing up after that, our Support team will need a closer look. Head over to our Support Hub and share the following so we can investigate:

  • Debug details: click the small circled "i" icon just below the chat message that triggered the error, then Copy debug details and paste them into your request.
  • A screenshot showing your prompt and the error response.
  • File access: share the file with support-share@figma.com at "Can view" access so our team can reproduce the issue. This won't affect your billing. Here's how to share files and prototypes if you need a refresher.

With those details our team will be able to get a much clearer picture of what's happening on your end.

Hello. Thank you for your reply.

I tried following your instructions, but the error is still occurring.

The debug information is as follows:

Copied debug - 821e796e-e0e7-4d61-aba2-9d0ec7439a40

I am trying to add view permissions to support-share@figma.com, but they are not being added. I am providing the link to the Figma file at the support address below.

I have already registered this with support last week, so please check it.

https://help.figma.com/hc/ko/requests/1994408

I would like to use the Figma Agent feature as soon as possible.

Thank you.

Hi @Hyejin Han, Celyn here, stepping in for @Gayani_S.

I'm sorry to hear that you're still running into this error, and thanks for taking the time to share the debug details.

I was able to locate your support ticket (#1994408). I've gone ahead and added an internal note to help increase its visibility, and I've also passed along the debug information you shared to the team.

One quick question: could you let me know what happens when you try to add support-share@figma.com with Can view permission to your file? Do you see an error message, or does the invitation simply fail to send? If you're able to share a screenshot of what you're seeing, that would be really helpful as well.

Thanks again for your patience. I hope the team is able to get this sorted out for you as soon as possible 🙏

Hello.

Thank you very much for your quick reply.

I have attached a screenshot of the share function; please check it.

(Could our company administrator have blocked the sharing function?)

Thank you.
