Recently, I payed for lowest subscription with discount (5$ as I remember), did my work and decided to stop subscription. So I changed subscription to free plan, but then got notifications, that figma tries to charge 15$, after I changed subscription. Then I have deleted my account, but figma still tries to charge me 15$

I’ve checked internally, and the support agent has already replied to you. They confirm that your seat has since been changed back to a Collab seat.
Since the Full seat is no longer assigned, the support agent has adjusted your upcoming invoice and removed the prorated charge that was generated by the temporary seat upgrade.

What likely happened is that when you downgraded from a paid plan to the free plan, Figma generated a catch-up invoice. This is a final charge covering any outstanding prorated amount from your billing period, rather than a new subscription renewal, which would explain why you saw the $15 charge after downgrading.

It's also worth noting that deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. If the downgrade hadn't fully completed before the account was deleted, the charge attempt may still have been generated.
