I recently noticed an issue in Figma which wasn’t an issue earlier. I’m seeing this issue with frame and auto-layout both.

If a parent frame contains child frames whose width/height is set to either fill or fix to the same of parent’s, the parent frame’s stroke (inside) isn’t visible around the child, only visible in the spacing area between the child frames.

I also noticed this in a different instance.

When a parent component has a stroke set to inside, and no fill,

and I add a fill to the child component, the fill now overrides the stroke, even though the stroke is placed on a layer “above” the fill. it makes zero sense.
