I’m on an Education plan, team admin, but my seat is locked and I can’t assign a Full seat. I need Full seat access to publish a team library for Figma Make. 

My setup: Figma components (some with nested components) defined centrally in shared library filefigma component fonts set to font styles defined in same shared library, some of which are driven by figma variables defined in same shared library.  Others are not, so the variables themselves do not seem to be a prerequisite for the figma bug.Page layout file uses components from shared library, which appear correctly with their fonts and styles when first added from Assets. Intermittently, we are finding that multiple figma users in our same company are seeing different font values from one another when selecting the exact same text layer.It is not clear if this is a factor of users opening/closing the file and fonts getting substituted or just a bug with nested components and/or shared library font styles.  The problem is so sporadic I have yet to be able to fix or resolve.Being unable to rely on figma to communicate the same font values to both the designer and the developer undermines

I have a Figma Make prototype that keeps freezing in Figma Make. It loads but when you start clicking things won’t work in the Mac app or the Browser. But the published version works fine in the browser. I also keep getting the same 3 warnings and the Fix for me button over and over. I set my Figma Make prototype's root container to background: transparent and confirmed it looks transparent in the Make editor. However, when I embed it into a Figma design frame, the background renders as white instead of transparent. Is this a known bug or am I missing something? 

When using an element as a pattern source, the pattern currently doesn’t respond to variables applied to that source - for example, if the source element uses color variables that switch between light and dark mode, the pattern doesn’t update when the consuming frame changes modes. It seems the pattern references only the visible state of the source rather than the variable-driven values.It would be great if patterns could follow the variables applied to their source, so that they update correctly with light and dark modes.

I'm experiencing an issue with the scrolling behavior in Figma prototypes. Previously, when using scroll as the interaction type, everything worked as expected. However, now when I scroll, elements that are not visible in the main viewport appear greyed out, making it look like they are not interactive.Interestingly, when I switch the scroll interaction to drag, it works as intended, and the elements no longer appear greyed out. Steps to reproduce: I created a frame with scrollable content. I enabled the scroll interaction for the frame. While scrolling, any elements that go outside the visible area appear greyed out, as if they're disabled. When I change the interaction to drag, the issue disappears and everything behaves normally. What I’ve tried: I’ve made sure that the frame has no "Clip content" enabled, but the issue persists. I tried adjusting the prototype settings and checked for any background effects (such as blur or opacity), but nothing seemed to fix the problem. H

Hey everyone,I’ve been testing a custom React component on a Figma Site (built with Figma’s new code components / figma:react), and I’m having trouble tracking clicks with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).Here’s what I’ve done so far: Added my GA4 Measurement ID (e.g. G-XXXXXXX) in Site settings → Analytics Confirmed that the gtag script is loading properly (I can see gtag() in the console) Added a simple component that fires an event on click: if (window.gtag) { window.gtag("event", "cta_button_click", { content_type: "cta_button", button_text: "Get Started", }); } The console shows the log correctly on click, but nothing appears in GA4 → Realtime → Events or DebugView.  Dear Figma Support,I am encountering an error in Figma Make stating that my project is too large and suggesting I delete some files. I need to keep all components and connections intact.Could you please advise on alternative solutions? The new copy link dropdown in the share window copies links without the proper file ID like https://www.figma.com/slides/null when it’s opened from the project and not within the file itself. 

I've tried upgrading my figma plan to pro many times, but it always gives me an error message: "Sorry, we couldn't save your payment method." Respond in FIgma 

The Figma for VSCode extension currently blocks any VSCode shortcuts from executing if the Figma Design page is in focus. This is NOT a desirable occurrence and greatly hinders productivity. Need an urgent solution.

I’m having an issue. My manager upgraded my account to a full seat but in app it still shows I’m on the free plan. I cannot select any other team.  

The loading spinner continues endlessly when trying to publish a library in Figma site. The publishing process is stuck and failing to complete. This issue has been persisting for over 30 minutes. Anybody have the same issue?

Hello,I wanted to log in with my education account but it’s not possible anymore since I lost access to my education E-mail. Is there any way to change the E-mail of the account to get access again? Or sent the code to another E-Mail?I submitted a request and my ticket number is #1799999 but I can’t see the request on this account when the AI sent me a link to check the status. Whenever I use the Glass Effect, I encounter the same problem. I create a frame, fill it with a color, and adjust the opacity. However, unwanted lines start appearing, even if I convert the frame into a component. This issue occurs every time, and I would like to understand the reason behind it and how to fix it.

This account was recovered by our team. Ronny Barrios the old owner and now ex-employee was the owner of this account. The marketing team here shared documents of design on figma. Ronny quit on 3/14/2026, and was the owner of these files. However, the files are completely missing now and our team no longer has access to their current project. Is there a way to see if he deleted them with malicious intent when he quit to spite the company. If not what happened to them?
