URGENT: Locked out of paid account due to accidental profile deletion Please restore.- 2007262

URGENT - Need my account recovered.

Tried to add a new team folder to my paid account but it added a free account to the same email.

Then I tried to get rid of the free account but it deleted both paid and free.

I cannot login with the same email anymore so I created a new free account to see if it would link my paid acct to my email but it is not.

Good news, I saw in the backend that regarding your Professional team plan, the support team has successfully located it and reassigned it to your account!

I can see your support ticket has been merged into ticket #2007758 already, so the team looking after that thread has the full picture and is working directly with you there. I'm not able to dig into account-specific details here on the forum for security reasons, but you're in good hands and should hear back soon.

In the meantime, a couple of things that might help you get oriented:

  • If you're troubleshooting login attempts on your own, our Log in or add accounts article walks through the different ways to sign in (email/password, Google SSO, SAML SSO), which can help rule out simple causes.
  • If part of the issue is password-related, Reset your password covers how that works and what to do if you no longer have access to the original email.

Since your existing ticket is already being investigated, I'd hold off creating any further accounts or making additional changes in the meantime, that'll make it easier for the team to trace exactly what happened.

I can’t login to paid account, figma can’t find it.

I created a new FREE account to see if figma will reconnect my paid to the free account but no luck.

Thanks for responding. Was panicking a bit not hearing from anyone.
