Now when moving the Figma window to a second display on a Mac the window does not maximize to full screen anymore when the top bar of the window is double clicked. It also is not moving the menu bar, so when the window is completely on the second monitor the Figma menu bar is showing up on the original Macbook screen. I have also tested this on my work Macbook and Mac studio and saw the same results.

Hey, @Andrew1012. Thanks for your post.

What version of mac OS are you using on your MacBook and Mac studio? On my MacBook I’m running macOS Tahoe 26.5.1 (25F80) and the newest version of the desktop app. I dragged the open application to my second monitor and it behaved as expected, expanding to the full window size with the Finder bar at the top updating to show Figma as the active application. I did the reverse to my MacBook screen and it also repeated that behavior (as did going back and forth a few times). I’m wondering if this is specific to a different version of mac OS, though, or an older version of the app.

Huh interesting, I’m also running Tahoe 26.5.1 (25F80) on both computers and I tested it on an Apple display as well as a Dell monitor. I also have the latest Figma version, attaching a screen shot of both screens to show you what I’m seeing.
