Since you've already cleared your cache and switched your keyboard layout to Generic, here are a few more things worth trying:

1. Click on an empty part of the canvas first, then try Ctrl+Z again. Undo can sometimes stop responding if keyboard focus has landed somewhere else on the page (like a panel or dialog) instead of the canvas itself.
2. Try Edit > Undo from the top menu instead of the keyboard shortcut. This tells us whether it's just the shortcut that's affected or undo itself.
3. Do a full refresh of the browser tab (not just clicking back into the file). This clears up most cases where undo temporarily stops responding.
4. If it's still not working after a refresh, try opening the file in a new incognito/private window, or a different browser. This helps rule out a browser extension interfering with keyboard shortcuts.

If none of that clears it up, I'd recommend submitting a bug report with the steps you were taking right before undo stopped responding (what you were editing, any panels open, etc.). That context is genuinely the most helpful thing for our team to track down what's happening in your specific case.
