Hello Figma Support Team,I’m experiencing an issue where my site has stopped publishing and updating. Any changes I make are not reflected after publishing.I tried troubleshooting by creating a new file and moving all pages there, but the problem still persists — the site does not update.The site is built entirely in Figma and does not contain any custom code or external integrations.Could you please help me understand what might be causing this and how I can fix it?Thank you in advance for your help.
I have the annual professional plan on Figma but looks like i have been getting ripped off non stop on Figma. As you can see, almost every month, I am being charged extra for God knows what. I work with multiple customers and so they almost always end up sending me share requests on Figma. But I only give them View access, never more. I check and double check but when I’m billed extra, I go to check the seats, and somehow, one of my customers is given full seat on Figma. How this happens is beyond me. Because I don’t do it. and I can vouch for myself. This has been a common recurrence for so long now. I’m having security doubts now since I have changed my password multiple times on Figma too. So why is this happening. I googled some and I see this is a common occurrence on Figma. Other people seem to be having this same problem as well. And why is my annual billing all the way up to USD 197.6 now from USD 144?Figma team, please see to it that this is resolved. Thanks.
Hello Figma Team,I agree with you — the current AI credit limitation (around 3,000–3,500 credits per month) is extremely restrictive for teams like ours that rely heavily on Figma AI for daily design work. Even 15,000 credits are not sufficient for a single day of work, which makes the current system very challenging.I have requested support several times regarding this issue but haven’t received any assistance yet.We are asking for an option to purchase unlimited AI usage after paying a fixed amount. This would not be very expensive, and it would greatly improve productivity for professional teams like ours.Figma AI has become an essential part of our workflow, and a paid, flexible, or unlimited credit plan would be extremely helpful for high-usage teams.Thank you for considering this request. Dear Figma Support Team,I am experiencing an issue with my credit usage and reset cycle in Figma. Last Thursday, while working, I received a notification that my credit limit had been fully used and that new credits would be available on March 23. Because of this, I was unable to continue my work until the reset date.On March 23, my credits were refreshed as expected, and I only used 24 credits. However, on March 24, the system is again showing that my credit limit has been fully used and that the next reset will only happen on April 23. This is confusing because I have used only a small portion of the credits after the reset.Could you please check my account and clarify why the credits are showing as fully used even though I only used 24 credits after the reset? Hi there, I submitted a Figma plugin for review 2 weeks ago (email address: [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]). During submission, I wasn't able to attach a Test API Key for the reviewer to use.I originally expected to wait for a quick rejection so I could reply with the API key, but since it has been 2 weeks, I'm worried it will get rejected after a long wait and I'll have to restart the queue from scratch.Is there a way I can share the Test API Key with the review team right now so they have it when they evaluate my app? Hi team,I’m unable to preview anything in Figma Make for the last 3 days. The preview panel just shows a loader spinning in the center and never resolves.This makes it impossible for me to debug or iterate on the app I’m building.What’s happening: Preview panel keeps loading indefinitely Spinner stays in the center No errors are shown The preview never renders What I’ve tried so far: Refreshing the file Restarting the browser Trying different browsers Logging out and back in Restarting my machine None of these helped.Questions: Is this a known issue with Make previews? Hi all.I started see size issues with the vector within my icon components. In short, the vector/shape within the icon doesn’t resize according the icon size. The vector shape is already using scale, so it’s nothing easy. This issue started showing up in the last couple days. Sometimes the issue is fixed by double-clicking on the component (but this only work for the icon component, anything that’s nested doesn’t work). This looks new, never had this issue before.

I’m trying to switch a variant of component instance by switching variable mode. This works perfect once the component A is on top level and not nested. But if I nest component A into component B and then change the variable, the instance of component A still changes the variant as supposed but this also resets all other other properties of comp A to their defaults. This doesn’t happen when comp A is not nested. Tried with several components even with the simplest created from scratch. This topic doesn’t relate to prototypes and interactivity.
Hi there! We export a high volume of pdfs from figma, it was all good until recently we started getting inherited metada from figma that we have to manually delete in Adobe Acrobat each time we export a file or it shows as the title of the file. It’s easy to solve but kind of annoying when working with a lot of documents, anyone know what kind of setting should I disable in Figma? or any other solution? Seems to have happened since the last update. Thank you! Actual name of the file is SE_High_performing_Teams.pdf but we get a random inherited name on Adobe (Propuestas Alto Impacto) as Metadata Title

when i try to export library to figma make, there is error tip: “We ran into an error while extracting your library” and I try to export only one very simple component it doesn't work.

I have been trying for days and most of the times it just told me to wait yet I never received the email with the results. I kept getting the message I had to verify before April 1st and my project is throughout the semester. Yesterday I my editing access was removed, my professor tried to add me and since my uni is using figma education, im not able to join with a personal account so I cant contribute or even work at all in my final project. I contacted the support of sheer id and they said they cant explain but it was unable to be verify this time. Now if I try to verify it shows me “Error” or that I have tried too many times.
I purchased the Professional Plan (Full option) and selected the annual plan (around 192 USD). I added my card details and proceeded with the payment.After that, I received an OTP from my bank, but the message showed 0.00 USD. I entered the OTP and completed the process. Now, a payment mandate of 0.00 USD has been added to my card.However, my account still shows Free, and I’m not sure what happened.Could someone please help me resolve this issue?
